Satisfied and worth the price

Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

Great location, right next to the beach

The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there.

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

Holland is a must visit.

The apartment has all the amenities but no oven. The microwave has no grill function, everything else is pretty good. The large window has a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view of the street and hotel in front. The host is kind and available, would definitely consider coming back again!

Close to the town and the sea front. Had a studio on the first floor. Echo previous comments on stairs and car parking. It's a lovely seaside town.

Kitchen only suitable for snack preparation rather than a full meal. Bit short on storage space.

Lovely place.

The best is the location and the instructions given by the Nicolette Apartment couple. So, check in was easy and less stressful. The apartments are right in the centre of the town. The apartments are quiet, perhaps we came here during off-peak season. There is a few rules to adhere so the place remains peaceful and quiet. A very short walk you get to the dune and the beach.

Nothing. Although forewarning: the stairs are steep and narrow. We find it very authentic being in a Dutch house.

A sweet little room with a included kitchen and a nice bath. We had a very nice stay there. The beach is 1 min away, you can also reach all shops and restaurants nearby very easy. The host was very friendly 😊 we totally recommend this place.

Perfect for a family holiday, great beach and lots of interesting excursions just around the corner.

It is a great location, very close to the beach and a lot of great things to do and explore are easily reached. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Cozy and clean apartment with a nice view across the neighbourhood and towards the beach, and the apartment is equipped with everything we needed. Warmly recommend it!

Schönes kleines Appartement mit tollem Balkon

Tolle Lage zum Strand, zum Parkhaus und zur Innenstadt, ausreichned großes Zimmer mit sehr schönem Balkon (inkl. Markise), bequeme Betten, schöne Küchenzeile. Das Bad war auch ausreichend groß. Die Auswahl und Marke (R...S) der bereitgestellten Pflegeproduke ist hervorragend.

Die Treppe ist wirklich typisch niederländisch steil, aber wen das stört, sollte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mieten oder sich ein anderes Urlaubsland aussuchen. :-) Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und die Reinigung der bereits geräumten Zimmer begann ein wenig zu früh (für Menschen, die gerne im Urlaub ausschlafen...).

Da würde ich persönlich nicht mehr hin. Preis/Leistung ist eher schwach.

Die direkte Lage am Strand und zum Zentrum

Zimmer im 3ten Stock ohne Lift - sehr steile und schmale Treppen - nicht für Leute geeignet, die älter oder eingeschränkt sind. Dann im Zimmer (um in`s Zimmer zu kommen muss man nochmal 3 Mini-Stufen nehmen). Dann kommt man hinein, das 1 Doppelbett ist ungefähr 3-4 Schritte von der Küchenzeile entfernt. Das 2te Zimmer (mit Zugang zum sehr kleinen Bad) ist ok. Kein Balkon oben im 3ten Stock (also da waren noch andere Zimmer, aber unseres hatte keinen). Und keine Klima - denke, wenn es sommerlicher und heißer ist, ist das da unter dem Dach nicht so angenehm. Die Lage ist halt bombastisch und entschuldigt so Einiges.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub 🥰

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal wieder kommen. Der Inhaber der Ferienwohnung war sehr freundlich. Wir haben alle zwei Tage frische Handtücher bekommen und der Müll wurde geleert.
