Casa Rosa

The lake view from this property is outstanding, 10/10 and it has a big balcony in the social area with a table for relaxed meals and an even bigger balcony in the master bedroom on the floor bellow with outdoors furniture to sit on. The host was lovely and incredibly warm and welcoming and she made our late check-in super easy even though we didn't realize check in is announced only until around 19:30. She also checked in on us the following days and at the last evening she came to say goodbye and offered us a jar of delicious homemade apricot jam! Really wonderful host along with a super pleasant house; we definitely recommend it and would for sure stay there again if we do vacations on the area some day! Btw there are multiple apartments in this property, I think most are the same layoyut as ours.

No mosquito net in most windows/doors, which should be basic to have in any property close to a lake for obvious reasons... Only the small bedroom on the lower floor has it (so at least that window can stay open all the time). Also no AC system in the house and since the roof is flat, the top floor (living room and kitchen areas) gets quite warm in the evening and stays warm at night; without AC the only solution to cool down the house is to open windows and doors, but then again, without mosquito nets doing so at night carries the risk of getting many of the little demons in the house to stay the night unwelcoming, especially if you have lights on which you need in order to do anything because it's already dark. We had to open main door and balcony windows with all lights off for like half hour every night to cool down the place before using the top floor. To be honest this is the only actual complaint of the house and it is rather an easy fix. The owners should really just install mosquito nets in the property and eliminate this only weak point for good. The refrigerator is only a mini fridge so if staying with a group who likes to cook and do meals in the balcony to enjoy the amazing lake views, it can be insufficient. We did 2 dinners there but was mostly pre-cooked meals from take away so it was not a problem but would only benefit the house to have full sized fridge to match the very good full sized apartment.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Casa Rosa. Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Daniela. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre herzliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können die Casa Rosa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Familie Yasar

Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin klappt hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist schön und umfassend eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber und modern. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und gab uns gute Ausflugstipps.

La vista è bellissima sia dalla zona giorno che dalla camera matrimoniale. La signora che gestisce la proprietà è stata molto gentile ed ha cercato di aiutarci come poteva.

I letti non sono per niente buoni. Nella camera grande ci sono due materassi singoli, e lo spazio in mezzo tra di loro è tale da non consentirti a dormire comodamente avvicinandoti al partner, anche se abbiamo cercato di ridurlo con un riduttore ed una coperta. Quindi se siete in coppia e volete dormire vicini, non è il letto che fa per voi. Se avete un bimbo piccolo che dorme nel lettone con voi non fa per voi, se molto piccolo è anche pericoloso come materasso perchè potrebbe incastrarsi in mezzo di notte. Anche i materassi della camera piccola non erano molto comodi, penso che siano abbastanza datati. In generale non la consiglio ad una famiglia con bambini piccoli perchè le scale che si vedono nella foto vanno sotto nella zona notte e non hanno cancelletto quindi bisogna fare attenzione al bimbo piccolo che vuole scenderle e potrebbero risultare pericolose. Se non avete queste esigenze, invece, la casa va benissimo.
