Quiet location. beautifull view. Property meets expectations and description as reviewed by gustes.

Very good location, close to the center and restaurants, plenty of space, kind host, very well equiped kitchen. Appropiate and affordable for a long stay with the familiy.

Furniture and the apartment overall needs to be updated. The bin was already full at the kitchen when we arrived. Cleaning atfer previous guests and during the stay could have been better. Towels and sheets available for extra fee (we took our own instead) - however this info is provided during booking process, therefore is not a real minus, it is up to personal choice.

Tranquillità nel borgo di Mendrisio

Conosco Mendrisio molto bene perché ho vissuto li e “Casa Landoni” si trova in una zona ancora più tranquilla e silenziosa, anche se nel centro del borgo dove si raggiunge tutto a piedi e l’autostrada si trova a 5 minuti d’auto.

Die Einrichtung war alt und unbequem! Die Wohnung sollte renoviert werden! In der Küche gab es weder Abwaschmittel, noch Tücher zum abtrocknen! Auch das Bad war nicht besonders luxuriös!

De auto stond niet direct in de nabijheid van het appartement. We moesten een lange en hoge trap lopen om bij onze auto te komen.

Lage ideal um zu Fuss in die Ortschaft zu gelangen, ruhig und schöne Sicht.

Etwas Ringhörig, aber das war soweit kein Problem. Licht zum lesen im Bett war nicht überall vorhanden.

Casa molto bella pulitissima e adatta pure per chi ha un cane come noi visto il bel giardino grande e sicuro. Posizione ottima vicino a tutti i negozi e stazione ffs. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole una vacanza rilassante con tutti i comfort e servizi nelle vicinanze.

Aber wir haben uns trotzdem schnell eingelebt und wohl gefühlt. Ich würde das wieder buchen.

Die Lage war gut, gleich am Rande der Altstadt, nahe bei der Migros. Etwas weit vom Bahnhof.

Es war mir nicht klar, dass es keine Duschkabine, sondern nur eine Badewannendusche hatte. Es ist zu wenig klar auf den Fotos erkenntlich, dass die gezeigte Dusche nicht in allen drei Wohnungen zur Verfügung steht. Das war ein Problem für meinen 89 jährigen Vater - er konnte nicht duschen. Dass der kleine Tisch schon beim Berühren zusammengebrochen ist. Dass die Teekrüge mit undefinierbarem blauem Pulver gefüllt waren und schmutzig.
