There is no fan and only air con. Windows don’t open so if you don’t like sleeping with air con this is not the place for you. I do not check this before I booked!

Lovely place to stay, highly recommend

Lovely location, not far from the beach and good coffee/restaurant/shops nearby. Fresh water every day and room cleaned, everything very clean. Immediately felt welcome, received a free upgrade which was fantastic.

Misleading

The staff

Did not stay as the room given on arrival was not at the level of what was shown on Booking.com. Refused to stay and requested a full refund. Room was smelly gave you a headache just standing in it. A/C was pathetic, mould on walls, room door would not close, bed did not fit base and sheets had holes in it, towels were marked/discoloured, toilet would not flush, shower had mould (understand Bali has humidity but this was dirty). Staff organised this for us with no problems.

A bit tired in the economy rooms but clean and comfortable, so great if you're on a bit of a budget.

Pretty good location (short-ish walk to the beach), lovely pool, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean beds, great local cafes, very reasonably priced (although, we stayed in low season, so this obviously meant the prices were lower than usual).

Whilst the rooms were clean and comfortable, the decor in the economy rooms was very 'tired'. Also, the lane that accesses the resort from the street seemed to always have a number of dog-poos provided by local pooches that you needed to navigate when walking to the cafes, shops, etc. The dogs were all very friendly and safe, just a bit a bit inconsiderate of their owners as to where they were allowed to go to the loo!

Excellent location with a 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff made the hotel special as they were so helpful and were always at hand to assist us. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Only stayed for one night so didn't get the whole chillout, lounge by the pool experience; and it was raining. The room i'd booked was out by entrance driveway/car park which wasn't appealing, we didn't even bother looking at it. We requested a different room at check-in out by the pool area which wasn't a problem. The Deluxe Suite on the second floor is new, clean, simple, comfortable bed, coffee/tea/jug and balcony overlooking pool and rice paddies A+

The rooms and bathrooms are smelly and needs renovation not worth even with the budget friendly price.

Only positive thing I can say about this place is the friendly staff.

Room was stinky and Bathroom was worse. Both smells like drain. I noticed the sink did not have S drain trap, making the whole place smell like gutter. I had to cover the sink drain with plastic to minimise the stench coming out of it. Toilet would not flush sometimes due to water tank not refilling after flushing so I had to open the tank each time and manually trigger the water refill system. On the last night the toilet flush was leaking and water kept filling the tank and had leakage out of the toilet too. First day I saw small bed bug on the pillow and the whole night I was paranoid and couldn’t sleep. The bed sheet and quilt has lived its days and has holes and stains. Next day asked to change the bed sheets new one was in the same condition. But could tell it was washed by the smell but still had some stains on it. Towels are past its good days and need to be replaced. Lots of ants and small spiders and some lizards in and around the room. Breakfast is provided however the dinning area is full of tiny golden ants on the dinning tables, it’s un noticeable until u take a closer look and whole table is full of them. I usually take my own electric toothbrush on vacation and not use ones provided by hotels. However the battery died whilst my stay here and went on to use the tooth brush provided in the bathroom when opened the pack it was filled with ants. Very disappointing. VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: It’s not a blame on the cleaning staff they do a great job always asking if rooms need cleaning or if I require any-other assistance. Rather it’s the building and needs major renovation specially the bathroom plumbing and also the building needs bug and pest control.

Just the swimming pool.

Everything from the filthy dirty bathroom, there was no place to hang the hand towel or bath towel inside the bathroom, drain and basin were choked.

Don't stay more than 1 night.

Location and staff only.

If you're staying only 1 night on your way to another place it's good. If you're staying more than that don't recommend. Very old place, need an urgent maintenance on the room. Windows we're closed with a box, floors with stains and patches holes. Bathroom old and rusty. Furniture old and broken. Again, for 46aus and for a couple of hours it's fine and we paid the deluxe room.

Nice stay in Seminyak with family and friends

The pool was great and area around it well kept. The rooms had everything we needed. Cleaned well every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, especially the pastry with the American.

The only thing really was there was a lovely pool bar but nothing for sale. We had to bring our own drinks from the room. They let us use the fridge in reception which was very helpful.

Pleasant stay near the beach

It was a comfortable stay with nice pool area and friendly staff. Quick 10 min access to the beach .

The superior room was not at all like the pictures , requires a bit of renovation. Overall I would not stay in Seminyak if I was planning again. Not a very good area to stay. Too much traffic & overcrowded. The best areas are Kuta and Ubud.

For surfing it is a great place to stay, otherways maximum 1-2 nights would I recommend.

The locals are really nice, helpful. It is really close to the beach, where we could surf, and there are also surf schools close (beginner spot). There are good restaurants, shops in this area.

The water pressure in the toilet was very low, so it didn’t flush properly. The little street towards the hotel has some garbage spots, that is a home to some rats. There is a big traffic jams on the streets, if you are calculating travelling time, you should doubble the original google maps time.

Pictures of property advertised were not what we got at the place. Unfortunately not much hot water for shower (maximum of 5 mins before shower is cold) not enough for 2 people. Foul smell from drains were constant.

Best place to stay in Seminyak…

Beautiful cozy small property with greenery and lovely pool. The staff is courteous and sweet. Indonesian breakfast is also very good. Sree, Trishna and Jaya are v sweet and accommodating.

We checked in late in the property and the room that we were given had a pungent mouldy and bathroom like smell. We asked them to change and they gave us a different room almost like an upgrade and it was very good. Started on a sour note but ended very well!

SCAM ALERT – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!** **Nipuri Hotel is a complete joke. I’ve stayed in budget hotels with better conditions than this overpriced hotel. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PHOTOS. The room was a filthy, broken-down disgrace compared to the fake glamour shots on Booking.com. THE NIGHTMARE DETAILS: - The "bed" was a back-breaking TRAP – the mattress sank like a hammock, leaving me in pain all night. Thanks for ruining my vacation! - The bathroom was DISGUSTING - filthy and not clean , no proper shelf for toiletries, and a pathetic shower with **water pressure weaker than a leaky faucet**. It took forever just to wash my hair! - NO MIRROR IN THE ROOM! We wasted so much time struggling in that claustrophobic, wet bathroom because the tiny sink area had no space —our stuff kept falling on the dirty, soaked floor. Unacceptable! - **Cheap, lazy design** – No bedside tables **FINAL WARNING:** This place is a **SCAM**. They charge decent money but deliver **squalid, third-rate conditions**. **STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.** Sleep in your car. Pitch a tent. It’ll be better than this place

Cheap and cheerful

The pool area was so lovely and peaceful! The staff were very kind and attentive. Good location in the sense that it’s right near lots of food spots & has an M mart just up from it. It was great that the room came with a fridge as it is definitely needed in the hot weather! And similarly the aircon was a must.

The door to the room didn’t feel very secure as it didn’t seem to fit into the hinge fully? It didn’t stop it from locking but did look like it could’ve been broken down easily. The room was very basic and quite dark but we only stayed for 2 nights so it was absolutely fine but would not have wanted a longer stay. However, it is a hell of a lot nicer than what you would get in England for £17 a night.

Not worth it

The location was central which would be one of the highlights. The area was kept neat, and staff were very friendly.

The villa we stayed in was heavily run down - bathroom walls chipped and fittings looked unfinished, and the villa overall could really do with refurbishing. The photos on booking.com didn’t match the actual look. Breakfast was lacklustre and minimal.

Rustic stay

It was a rustic style room and the pool, quietness and great staff made my stay perfect.

The aircon cooled the room but it was still only about 24 degrees even when you tried to get it cooler. Additionally there was a gap between the front door but mosquitos were not bad at my time of visit but could imagine if they were around that they would be in the room.
