Exceptional staff as usual (this is my second stay there) and very welcoming. They remembered me and welcomed me by name. Everyone is so amazing in dealing with my needs as a queer traveler

Very close to the centre. Big hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.
I wouldn’t say this hotel was dirty. But there was a few spots in my room that were stained that I wish were changed. My couch had some stains on there, the bath had a dark streak running through the bottom of it, and the toilet seat needed a refresh.

Unfortunately, the bedsheets were not clean, which was disappointing and affected my overall comfort during the stay. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure that all bedsheets are properly cleaned and changed before guests check in. Even the Toilets!!
