The property was comfortable and clean. The cleanliness and service were outstanding, especially from Manuel at the Market Café. The preferred club proved to be worthwhile.
Be cautious with any offer from VIP Services. It may include a 90-minute sales pitch to join Hyatt’s Unlimited Vacation Club. $$$$$ 🤯

The location, food, and the staff were all great! Everything was kept clean all throughout our stay.
The alcohol is extremely watered down. The room we stayed in had some sort of glitch with the lights and TV. The lights would randomly turn off and the TV would turn on all throughout the night. Also the room service food menu is very limited.

Cost of spa, food quality, lack of seating at pools, room service list is small and food isn’t good.
