    My first all inclusive resort. Quick getaway (only 3 nights and 2 days). Great service upon arrival. Facilities were wonderful. Great selection of food and beverages. Questions and problems were taken care immediately and thoroughly. Would definitely return in the future.

    I had an amazing experience at Sandos Cancun despite my luggage being delayed they made me feel extremely welcomed. Thank you to Theresa and Karen at Spa Del Mar our massages were unforgettable. The staff did outstanding with my Birthday planning and accommodations we’ll surely be back to Sandos!

    I had a 5 night stay for the purpose of some relaxation and a visit to chichen itza. The hotel is on a beautiful beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was larger than expected. The inclusive mini bar was enjoyed. The staff are very enthusiastic with entertaining guests - from poolside activities to night entertainment. Securing a spot by the pool or beach needs to be done first thing in the morning as many guests ‘reserve’ and then disappear for hours. Food was good in all eateries

    We stayed here for 5 days it was ok the food is low budget it’s trash! The hibachi was the most decent thing. The place is a lil run down it doesn’t look like the Internet pictures at all. Would never stay here again. Drinks are not strong at all never got drunk or tipsy or buzzed the whole vacation. Pool wasn’t too clean also very hot. Staff was nice. Not a lot to do.
