This is a great place to stay in Bayeux!

Its a quaint 3 bed room B&B. The home is very well maintained and appointed. Breakfast was typically French - not a memorable meal, but very tasty marmalades and the baked goods were fresh and delicious. Location in Bayeux was great – not right in the downtown but just a few blocks and a short walk away. Room was spacious and quite comfortable - though in the eves so tall people have to duck to get in the corer. We were on the third floor, so it was a climb and the bathroom was outside our door, but private for us. Bathroom was modern, but a tub and no shower, so you had to sit to bathe. Parking was convenient on-sight and easy to access. Carol, the innkeeper, was very personable and helpful and offered great orientation to the area and recommendations.

Beautiful and comfortable home in Bayeux to explore Normandy.

This charming home was everything I was hoping for in our stay in Bayeux. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Our host could not have been more gracious. It was an easy 12 minute walk into town for dinner and tour meeting spot. I would definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

I would definitely stay there again and give an excellent recommendation to anyone planning visit

Carole was most helpful, friendly and charming and, would talk to you about Bayeux and the house. The Breakfast was excellent and provided different fruits and cheeses each day and Carole would change something there and then if it was not to your liking. The house was in a very nice location and easy to find.

A charming

This is a charming property in the heart of Bayeaux, but it feels like a private chateau in the countryside. We appreciated the private gated parking, the bountiful breakfast in the pretty room, the excellent location, lovely garden, ease of communication and Carole's welcoming hospitality.

Carole was a superb host, the house was beautiful & felt like your own. The offerings both at breakfast & in the lounge were generous and delicious. Her breakfast was superb and her knowledge and help about exploring the area was brilliant. The room was incredibly comfortable.

Carole’s home is beautiful, spotless, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. There is a secure yard for parking. We had a short walk to restaurants and tour departures.

There are three suites. Our suite was on the third floor. The stairs to the third floor could be a bit challenging with your luggage.

Everything was great! Attention to detail, second to none and the breakfasts were DELICIOUS! The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the shower room had towels and toiletries available.

Fresh milk for teas and coffees in the lounge, may be stored in a small fridge, would have been preferable to artificial creamers in plastic pots.

Breakfast was amazing with a full range of food. The location was perfect, in a quiet area of Bayeux, readily accessible to the main roads to places of interest outside Bayeux but very easily and safely walkable to the town centre within 5/10 minutes to restaurants/bars/Bayeux tapestry/cathedral etc

My stay was the best B&B experience I have ever had. The beautiful home, the location, the incredible breakfast, the attentiveness of the host... everything was outstanding, and I highly recommend staying there.

My bathtub/shower needed a rail and shower curtain, but I understand it's coming.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food and drink with an offering of local cheeses. The house was a classic French experience and great location in Bayeux. We especially enjoyed the warm welcome we received from the two pets, Marcel and Bazille. They made the stay even more enjoyable!

Only issue is that there is not a true shower in the upstairs bedroom with twin beds. The room was lovely and bathroom very spacious, but a shower is really a fair expectation in today's travel world.

Quintessential French ambiance from a gracious hostess

The breakfast was superb, each morning a different homemade pastry along with homemade jams, lovely croissants and bread, fresh fruit and excellent coffee - truly a perfect start to the day. Carole was extremely helpful, advising us on making early reservations for dinner. She made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed seeing her beautiful garden. Location was perfect - walking distance from the train station and to every attraction in Bayeux. We had a very early departure the day we left, and she arranged for the taxi to meet us as well as preparing a breakfast to go.

Perfectly situated in the centre of Bayeux within walking distance of the historic centre. Beautiful house and Carole is a wonderful attentive host who is so helpful in every way. The breakfast was wonderful and beautifully presented. A perfect stay in a lovely city.

Our stay exceeded expectations and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Carole goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. She provided everything we needed to take advantage of all Bayeau has to offer. Dinner at Le Pommier, a restaurant Carole recommended was superb. And, breakfast with fresh eggs from Carole's hens along with homemade jams and apple cake, local cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit, and much more made for a delightful way to end our stay.

We only wish that we were staying in Bayeau for more than one night so that we could have enjoyed Carole's B&B for a longer period of time.
