Our stay at Logis de Saint Jean was wonderful. Valérie was very welcoming and her home is beautiful. Each morning she prepared a delicious breakfast (we’re big fans of her Tarte Normande). Bayeux and the surrounding areas were absolutely gorgeous and my husband and I are already planning planning to return to Normandy in the future.

Lovely room in Bayeux that was walking distance from the train station. Proprietor was lovely and she provided early continental breakfast if needed. I encourage solo travellers to come here. Very nice small place with a courtyard. Make sure you know address when first arriving only a small plaque and red door to identify. Bayeux is a charming and beautiful Norman town. One flight of concrete steps to room.

Great location near old Bayeux, with lots of restaurants and cafes and shops just outside. Rooms around a lovely courtyard. Breakfast was great! One morning crepes, one morning homemade cake. The homemade yogurt was wonderful. Great way to start your stay in Bayeux.
