Room design,value for money
Unfortunately very uncomfortable for customers with mobility issues. I had to climb multiple steps with a bag.No lifts or staff assistance. Although to be fair we checked in quite late,I still hoped I didn't have to struggle up to my room like I did.

Was exactly what we needed, spent the day at Drayton, then stayed here with the family, as we had traveled from Devon. The food was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and polite. And the whole place was clean. What more could you ask for.
