I liked the breakfast room for guests. There was plenty available for breakfast though I had assumed there would be a full English available. The responsiveness of Pat and Jane to requests etc. Good facilities in room. It was very convenient for the NEC.

Good location for NEC, very quiet, private parking, very warm welcome from Patricia, access to dining room 24/7 with fridge storage for own food. Surface level cleaning very good eg bathroom and dining room
Very thin floors and walls - on the ground floor rooms, can hear every footstep from the room above (and even other guests using the bathroom..) carpet in bedroom very old, either needs professional carpet clean or replacing as made the room feel less clean. Didn’t quite match up to the images in terms of available food or facilities (eg no coffee machine)
