Only positive is the breakfast.

1. Booking is not charging for all the booking, had to pay a holding deposit and another tax at the property, not very clear when booked. 2. The room allocate had issues, while using the kitchen facility, the smoke extractor fell on my partner head. Allocated another room, with issue in the bathroom sink. 3.Staffs at the property are very sarcastic and not compassionate or considerate to customers having issues with their facilities. Over priced place. Only positive is the breakfast and parking over priced for disabled person needs.

The lady who checked us in was friendly

Very tired facilities. Bathroom not clean. Staff unable to give 2 working keys. We had to go back about 4 times to get them. Worse, they added 20€ to the final bill and helped themselves to undue fees. They said it was a mistake and they would refund but after 8 days they still have not.

Staff member who greeted us was very pleasant. The room was tired but clean.

Hard to find. We drove around for an hour trying to find them. There is NO sign on the building at all. Not what you're expecting when you're looking for rental apartments. Number 68 is on the fence in small numbers but they are very hard to see at night. Large illuminated numbers would be a bare minimum to help guests find the place. The phone number we had was a switchboard that was only manned during buisiness hours. A VERY frustrating end to a VERY frustrating day with motorway closures due to farmers striking for a better deal.

The smell of stale cigarettes as soon as you walked in. There was no kettle or coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Yet it had frypan and saucepan etc.

I chose the location because it was close to where I needed to be. Not gonna come here again if I can help it.

Check-in was plain. Not much information. Receptionist did not speak too much English, and was as quiet as ever. Only gave us the card and that is it. No guide about breakfast, no guide about the facilities, nothing. Room was good to sleep in just enough to not have the rain over your head. Balcony door did not close properly. No instructions to work the heating thermostat. No instructions to operate the heating radiator that was on the wall. No cups in the room. No complimentary tea or anything. Bathroom big as a room but shower as small as it could be. Bathroom was heated by default, room was not. Breakfast was basic. This is just basic accommodation. Could have been much better for the price. 240 Euros for 3 nights with breakfast.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and your breakfast special was good.

We were given a room with a carpet that was dirty, had burn spots, loud noise from the vent and appliances and the smell in the room was unbearable. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. We explained that we wanted a room without a carpet, as shown in the picture gallery on Booking. Unfortunately, there was no such room available and we were shown another room with same issues with the carpet but the smell and the appliance noise was minimal. The room was on the ground level and you could only open the window wide and NOT tip it. This is absolutely unacceptable due to security reasons. On such a hot evening, over 30°, you can not sleep with closed windows but you can not sleep on a ground floor with with totally open windows either! A solution needs to be applied to this problem! We were very perplexed that the pictures shown in Booking and the reality differed SO much. From the 3 rooms I saw, everyone had issues with the carpet. It would be advantages that the Hotel remove the carpets and put in a different floor. Sadly our two nights in Versailles at the hotel were not good. Your personnel is very helpful and competent, that was a soothing experience in our great disappointment.
