Great stay

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything went very well from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of both sweet and savory options.

The only minor downside was that the room was a bit cold and it took quite some time for the heating to make it warmer.

Good value for money. Travelling with kids and staff was very helpful. The parking here is great with central location for both Paris (direct train to Eiffel tower) and easy bus to Versailles castle which is close. We had a late dinner at the restaurant next to it (the one with the tree in the middle) which is 1 min walk and we liked it. Good value for money, would recommend.

Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Ibis hotels.

Not a lot

The aircon didnt work, which they knew when we booked in. They put us in a room where it had been reported that the window was broken and did not open. They did not tell us that because the had a bus trip that the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. We had to have a discussion to order two pizzas for our grandchildren in the evening. A poor stay with poor client service.

Good stay. Ideal to visit Chateau de Versailles which is reachable by bus and the bus stop is basically few minutes walk

If you need parking space for your car is perfect, but is not very well located if you need to visit Paris. Train station is 22 mins walking distance from the hotel.

A little girl was climbing the middle furniture during breakfast. She was probably between 4 to 6 years old. She did three days I went to breakfast .parents allowed her and staff did not say anything. Other parents kept their kids with them and they were well behaved. The breakfast area is not a playground

It's very cosy and home like. There was a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly

Breakfast was a big chaos, the hotel was fully booked, but the staff was not sufficient, food was almost completely finished half an hour before the end of the breakfast. People were angry. The staff tried to their best, but there weren't enough people and food. So there was not much the staff could do. It was bad planning from the hotel management

The shower drain was rather blocked and caused water flood in the bathroom. Then we had to change the room and in the new room the shower drain was kind of blocked as well, but we kept close eye on the water level otherwise it would flood the bathroom once more.

Amazing breakfast, lovely comfy beds. We had adjoining rooms with a connecting door so it was great as a family. The staff were also lovely and really helpful and friendly.

Positively surprised stay

very kind personnel, good facilities. Family room was good enough for the family of 3. Good location to visit Versailles. don’t miss the opportunity to have a dinner at the place in-front of the hotel! you will not regret!
