It’s all I needed, perfect location would not hesitate going back . Mary and Rita where pleasant to to talk with and they ensured your stay was as it should be. The young man at the down stairs desk was also courteous and friendly
Nothing major, the little fridge didn’t cool sufficiently and the remote for tv didn’t work. But so minor it’s irrelevant

It was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy. Air con was invaluable. Staff were very helpful and friendly
We didn’t realise it was far from the centre of Rome. The building next door was being renovated so a lot of noise but not on the Sunday.

Room was nice and location from the Termini station was walkable even withs luggage.
The "view" from the room was on the very huge construction street. It was very loud and noisy but the most unexpected was that there you can hear everything what's happening behind the room door. People coming at night at 2am, or 4 am, smashing the main entrance door. It's not a place if you need peace and quiet.
