Convenient location, simple but clean, no complaints

Overall the stay was great! The rooms are quite big and therefore very comfortable. The view is really good! Bathrooms are also big and convenient, quite clean. The towels had been changed every day, as well as the rooms had been cleaned up. Alfonso was really welcoming and helpful.

Alfonso is a great host. He showed us everything and recommended attractions, restaurants and best gellato in town! Apartment was comfortable and served us purpose to rest for our daily adventures in Rome! Also we got a free room upgrade.

The location is quite central and convenient. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive whenever we had concerns. They tried their best to assist us during our stay, which we appreciated. They also maintain the cleanliness of the room.

On our first night, the room did not have a proper shower holder, which made showering very inconvenient. The “jacuzzi” was actually just a bathtub and could only fit one person, so it’s not suitable for couples. The air conditioning was not working throughout our stay — we were told we could only use the heating, which was frustrating. Even after being moved to another room after two nights, the air conditioning still did not work, and the jacuzzi was again only suitable for one person. The neighborhood was quite noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof. We did not get quality sleep during our stay. At one point, I was speaking to my mom in a normal voice (not shouting), and someone from another room knocked and asked me to lower my voice, which was surprising and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not recommend this property.
