Friendly and helpful staff, good soundproofing, properly cleaned, affordable and great location. Genuinely happy with my stay, would stay again.
Hot water was not running in the bathroom, however after notifying reception, it was promptly fixed. Nothing else to note.

Beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed in nice quiet area with excellent coffee next door !!
The location is close to the station and so close to Villa Borghese and stunning park with a viewing point to the whole city , short walk to Spanish steps through colourful streets and 2 buses ( 63 & 83) to city centre if you are fed up of walking and enjoying the views
The communication was excellent and staff friendly and helpful ⭐️ we could store our luggage and pick it up later with no fuss
We only spent 4 days in Rome so still so much to see , we will definitely be back and would return to this place !

Authentic Italian accommodation.
10 minute walk from train station.
Lovely vibrant area, with coffee shops , & restaurants .
The room had gorgeous big Italian style window, opening outwards.
Room cleaned daily. Lovely mini bar, with treats.
Meals are not available in the hotel, but there is a lovely coffee shop, downstairs, on the street, for a local breakfast.
The host, was so, very kind, and helpful,
Will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Rome.

Staff were helpful & flexible at check in which was appreciated with heavy bags in bad weather. Air conditioning worked well.
Wifi did not work at all.
Very strong odour from drains (toilet in particular) that could not be eradicated even with the fan & air conditioning on & windows open.
There was no hot water in the morning.
Bed sheets did not fit the mattresses. An iron was also listed on the site but this wasn’t in the room.
We wanted to address our concerns with staff but they were not available on reception. We were unable to send emails or reach out via booking.com without wifi or any other internet connection in the building.
