VIVILO COLLECTION - Collina 24 Suites - close to Via Veneto

The property was nice and modernly decorated and the beds were comfy, was cheaper than a lot of other places in Rome, support easily via WhatsApp with the hotel. Neighbourhood was quiet and nice, out of the hustle and business of central Rome but still easy to get around

Quite hard to find the building/floor/room at the start but got replies promptly via WhatsApp. Sometimes we went to reception and no one was there when wanting to pay tourist tax etc (everything solved via WhatsApp)

Surprisingly good, good location- close enough to the train station and close enough to the city center. Quite spacious, photos don’t do justice. Marvellous bath in the room, sweet amenities on arrival.

Getting inside was quite tricky with 4 doors and 3 codes. So when my phone died in the middle of the night, I had to walk around and search for a bar to ask for help. Also the check-in form was simply endless I had to fill in so much info, not a single place I’ve stayed demanded so much. Including a selfie of both!! guests to do through the program in a life mode as if I’m applying for a bank card. I was coming with a friend who doesn’t even live nearby, I had to fill in the form for both of us, otherwise no instructions how to enter and how could I make a selfie and what for?

The location was good and staff was friendly.

Hard to find the right door. The street is really noisy and you can hear it all even when the window is closed. The bed was too hard for our taste. Really small room.
