Loved the location. Quiet with loads of nice restaurants and gelato places around. And most impressively an amazing coffee place!
Access wasn’t great. Felt tricky with the keypads and the lift is old so I’d be wary for people who struggle with stairs. The shower was disappointing. Water pressure was only ok. Sink didn’t drain properly. Ed was comfy but pillows rock hard. Just had a sheet to sleep under and when asked for a duvet, it didn’t have a clean sheet on it so sort of had to just lay it on top. Not very hygienic.

It was very well located in a very quiet area with access to lots of the major attractions. The facility is were great. They even had cold and hot water that could be dispensed from a machine in the car is all with cups, which was very useful before going out in the heat. The room itself was very comfortable and had good lighting and air conditioning facilities.
The main shower had issues with the hot water, so we had to use the showerheads in the spa bath instead

The property was nice and modernly decorated and the beds were comfy, was cheaper than a lot of other places in Rome, support easily via WhatsApp with the hotel. Neighbourhood was quiet and nice, out of the hustle and business of central Rome but still easy to get around
Quite hard to find the building/floor/room at the start but got replies promptly via WhatsApp. Sometimes we went to reception and no one was there when wanting to pay tourist tax etc (everything solved via WhatsApp)
