Location.
Good bed, good sleep, silence.
Air conditioning was slow to cool the room.
(Perhaps set it on a few hours before guest arrival when there’s heat wave ?)
I’m not fond of self checkin and no human contact. But I admit this one is well organised and simple.

very nice staff, close to bus stations, okay breakfast included in the price.
poor soundproofing. In the morning breakfast is served starting at 7:30AM and you can hear everything, plates and cutlery being arranged and very loud espresso machine, so basically you cant really sleep past 7-7:30. Also, it can get pretty noisy from outside and from the other rooms.
in the bathroom there is a very old hair dryer and makes it very hard to dry your hair and it takes forever - they could invest in a more efficient hairdryer.

Breakfast was great and the room was nice and quiet.
Not much, even though the location isn't too obviously close to major landmarks, we found it easy to get around and there were some great restaurants nearby.
