The check in staff were really lovely, they helped with our bags and enabled an early check in Our room was spacious and had free bottled water and Coca Cola
We were kept awake until the early hours of the morning due to other people staying at the property playing loud music. As there is no 24/7 reception we were only able to report this via whatsapp and had to resolve the issue ourself by banging on the door and confronting the problem - was very uncomfortable as a female. The AC unit would freeze over every couple of hours and make a loud noise as it spat mouldy ice out at you. We would then have to leave it off to defrost for a few hours and then switch it back on - not ideal when it’s 37c outside.
