The staff was exceptional, positive, friendly, very helpful.
The pillow was a little flat. The room was a little small for two. But, it was clean, and affordable, and we felt safe.

We had an early flight out of the Venice airport where no buses would arrive early enough, so needed to stay close by. We only stayed one night, but check in was seamless, the room was nice, and located right by a couple of restaurants.
There was a note saying not to eat on the beds, which is fine, but there were no other tables or anywhere else to eat if you want us to accommodate that request. No fault of the facility, but the sidewalks connecting the roads from the hotel to the airport were under construction, so to get to the airport you had to walk on the road with no shoulder to some degree, which could get a little scary in some spots. There was a taxi service offered, but 25 euro for a 5 minute drive was a little steep of a price.

No breakfast, location is okay near to Airport.
Alter 7 pm , nobody is around and if tourist is inexperience, can face difficulties as one of old couple was standing outside and unable to get in with code provided by management. As it was mentioned that Cash is not accepted but Cash was asked at the time of check in.
