Great location near airport and convenient to travel to Venice islands. Great staff. Coordinated my stay before arrival and helped with instructions on how to get there.

Location
The blackout curtain could not cover the entire window, so light still come in. We stayed only for a night so no big issue.

Easy access to public buses and a coffee shop right under the hotel (all rooms are on second floor). Decor is nice. Manager was friendly. Bed comfortable (king). Full size desk and chair for working. Refrigerator available. Cozy local beer/pizza place where locals hang out one block away.
There was no heat. I was there 6 - 9 October and nights were chilly. When I asked about getting some heat I was told it wouldn't be turned on until 20 October. I was not offered a space heater either. Limited dining nearby. One nice restaurant/wine bar across the street, and another restaurant about two blocks away that told me I needed a reservation when I walked in at opening time. It was totally empty.
