Good deal, comfy room with a simple kitchen

The room had a simple kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave), but it is a nice way to make the place feel homier. The bed was comfy. It was a few miles from downtown but only took 5 minutes to get there.

The shower leaked a little onto the bathroom floor. Thankfully, the bathroom had a big window, and this helped the floor dry out quickly. But still ...

Great sized room and awesome shower.

The aircon unit didn't get the room as cool as I would like, i think it needed a service. I don't travel light, and I was on the second floor, so next time I will ask for a ground floor unit as there is no lift.

Whilst the motel was well priced and we didn’t expect too much for the price it was still lacking.

Enough beds and space. Good laundry facility to use.

Very dated, shower leaked out door onto floor somewhat. Our family suit/room didn’t even have a sink in the kitchen, you filled up the kettle in bathroom. Table in room all sticky and in need of a sand and revarnish or replace. Also, the night we stayed there were several groups of people who clearly had booked several rooms, who were gathering for drinks and music (ie semi party). We had a baby with us and it felt like you really couldn’t do much about it ie complain.

We knew what to expect as we have stayed before and we like the option of a double and a single bed, the kitchen facilities and the generous bathroom bench space.

We wanted to have a spa but there seemed to be people in there every time we checked so we gave up.

Laxing time

2nd stay at this motel, and our room had everything required to make our stay laxing . The room was clean with comfy beds and memory pillows all round and the mokos and I favey was the pool and spa. The staff went over and beyond to our evey needs and allowed me to have my furbaby and family members to visit whilst there . Recommend 100 percent 👌 thank-you guys ❤️

Having my little furbaby stay would have been complete as I normally take him to pet freindly places. it's ashame Whangarei don't have pet freindly places with pools 😪 .

Very dated, latches on windows loose, shower leaked, bathroom very old and milk frozen in fridge. Light on upstairs balcony kept going on and off all night. Mould around windows with condensation.

We were very impressed with the Motel and would stay again when in Hamilton and recommend it.

Unit was great - very well equipped - they seem to have thought of everything a guest may need, the bed was very comfortable. The one member of staff we had contact with was extremely helpful.
