A traditional Kiwi motel unit from the 70s - very comfortable bed, good shower and nice to have Sky channels on the TV. Great location - walkable to town centre and the Basin.
Car parking was very tight

Small hot water cylinder so ran out of hot water during 4th shower, when room slept 5.

Lack of mirrors (only one in bathroom which was fixed to the wall) and power points also working power points
