I went to ski and that’s what I did

Spa pool didn’t work Breakfast very basic Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and mattress was very uncomfortable and old Walls are very thin. Can hear everything outside and in the connecting rooms Lacked information on resort events

Fantastic hotel and staff for skiing Clotes surprisingly modern room but internet could be better.

The room was much bigger newer and cleaner than I expected. The bathroom is new and shiny and the shower is great. The owners were very friendly and great to talk to and happily allowed us to check it before time and park cars on arrival and departures after check out without any problem. This was a pleasant surprised. The people at the breakfast was very helpful and friendly and even let my son had chocolate ice cream one morning:) You cannot find a better location for skiing from Clotes. The ski locker is also heated and well organised with plenty of chairs for everyone to get changed. Overall very satisfied.

Maybe only the breakfast selection could be more varied and more hot cooked food like eggs. We had the same for 4 days. But it was of good quality. I especially liked the Lavazza machine because it made great espressos. And because the building is stones, the wifi signal suffered. Not good connection from inside the room and the ethernet connection is said to be not available. Relied mostly on my roaming mobile data.

DONT STAY HERE REALLY UNPROFFESIONAL STAFF, NO WIFI, UNCOMFY BED, BAD BREAKFAST.

The staff were exceedingly rude, DONT STAY HERE. The staff rang in the morning and tried to kick us out on our 2nd night and threatened to call the police, they said, " you are bad people, I will call the police, or you can come in my van and stay in my annex, you must leave now back your bags or I am calling the police". This was repeated multiple times. This was because we came in late one night after losing one of our phones, note the night porter didn't say we were too noisy and the hotel is next to multiple clubs/ bars that stay open until 4am. My partner then went downstairs to speak to the manager who then quickly changed his tone and said we didn't need to leave. The manager did say, " English people don't know how to drink they can't handle alcohol". The manager was really inappropriate and it really ruined the hotel experience it was really awkward from then on. The staff were really unprofessional, also one member never wore his mask but then would come and tap you on the shoulder and tell you to were a mask while he was not wearing one and he was invading personal space. There was no wifi free or paid for. There are many other hotels which I would recommend over this one. The bed was really uncomfortable and the hotel was really noisy, ironic considering we were told we were the noise problem. Two nights we got no sleep due to the noise. Breakfast is bad.

i suppose i got what i paid for clean and tidy room close to all ammenities at a fair price.

The breakfast was the let down for me, very basic and signs above coffee and juice machine limiting you to one cup. there were hot eggs at the crack of dawn but if you were a little late they were cold , no toaster if you fancied something hot, not a breakfast to look forward to unfortunately.

the breakfast was main concern for me the hotel was clean and tidy, rooms and décor are very dated but adequate. I only stayed bed and breakfast so cant comment on evening meal.

Velké zklamání z přístupu ubytovatele - nebyla umožněna změna termínu. Ubytovatel v období 20.1.-10.4.2026 nenabízel jediný volný termín pro případnou výměnu a naši žádost o alespoň symbolickou redukci storno poplatků v minimální výši nevzniklých nákladů (snídaně, úklid, povlečení...) okamžitě zamítl. Nevěřím, že tento hotel má stoprocentní obsazenost a proto tento jeho postup odsuzuji.
