COnvenient, clean and amazing staff and food

wonderful staff and great food very comfy beds :0 Location was perfect for getting on slopes - shuttle bus was perfect in the morning (tis could be laid on during the afternoon too). Bootroom was easy to get too

The lighting in the room was very ambient but it could do with a bright main light. There was a definite lack of furniture for storage or sitting down. The flooding in the room was warped and damaged

Booked a twin room but got a double. Late arrival so nobody at reception, v helpful bar staff gave us extra bedding -somewhat alleviated the problem.

Affordable high end retreat with incredible breakfast!

Stranded near Italian border for a night and so glad I was in the end. “Treated” myself to a night in what I would say was the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in. Tho it was only £60 !! The mountain top village is cute. Safe. Beautiful views. Reception was so kind and welcoming. Had a steam room as soon as arrived. Such peaceful room and deep 10 hours sleep. The breakfast tho… WOW!! Absolutely incredible. So much choice. And the coffees were made to order with love. Best coffee I had all holiday. Thanks guys.

Well located and very comfortable

Annette at reception was extremely helpful. She arranged that we could have breakfast early so we could catch our train. The breakfast had an amazing variety of pastries.

Warm, spotlessly clean rooms, staff were great couldn’t do enough for you. Magda on check in friendly and gave some great advice, Annette was lovely and the lady who served us at breakfast every morning was a star, sorry I don’t know her name but after day 2 as soon as we were seated she would be ready with a tea. ☕️ 👌🏼 Breakfast good, restaurant at night good.👍🏼 Couldn’t fault it.😊

Lovely hotel in a lovely town.

The third time staying at this hotel on route from Central Italy back to Paris. Always a good stay. The rooms are clean - we didn't get the big room we always get. But this one had a balcony so that was a bonus. Breakfast is good.

Great location, great hotel, everything you need for a few days skiing.

Room size was great. The beds were comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower. The breakfast was lovely, with multiple choices such as pastries, cereals and hot bacon and eggs. The spa area is great, especially after a day skiing with a big sauna and hot tub. The staff were really friendly and the whole hotel experience was amazing. I will be coming back here next year.

The basic room is quite small, we were lucky there was a bigger room available that we could change to and of course the staff made sure we were happy with the bigger room.

It truly was an ecellent experience, with the three main members of staff an absolute pleasure.

The staff were delightful, so warm and helpful. Any query was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Every morning one of the three main members of staff drove us to the ski lift, even going as far as to drive us a little further to a different ski lift to avoid long queues. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, with our room being thoroughly cleaned and replenished during our skiing hours. The spa area was always in super condition too, with the jacuzzi and sauna cleaned thoroughly daily. The breakfast every morning was superb, the perfect way to fuel up for a long day of skiing. Two members of our group of three had slight dietary requirements ;soy over regular milk and the other being celiac, and the staff every morning always brought soy milk to the table while ensuring the gluten free options were abundant.

The only thing that was disappointing that we never ate dinner at the hotel, the pizzas looked incredible; freshly made and cooked in a wood fried oven.

Overall fine, but the price a little high for what you get in the end.

1. Good position in the middle of the city, close to Clotes (10 min walk) and lift to Sportinia (15 min walk). Next to a playground and close to many shops (Carefour, etc), ski rentals, places to eat, etc. 2. The hotel restaurant is good and the stuff really nice. We ate there several times because the atmosphere is very nice in the evening ( don't forget to book!!). Excellent wine selection!! 3. The hotel room was smaller than expected but the beds were good, and the bathroom relatively modern. It was quiet in the night. We did not have a view , only the other buildings around. 4. There is a spa area next to the bar, which you can book in 40min slots, which was also fine. Unfortunately, sometimes it was already booked and we did not get to use it everytime we would have like to.

-Same breakfast everyday, very minimalistic with only few options. One choice of cheese, two choices of ham, lots of cakes, some fruits, musli/milk/joghurt, omlette and bacon. - The hotel has a spa area with jacuzzi and sauna, but you need to book in advance a 40min time slot. Sometimes it was already booked for the whole day and we did not get to use it. The jacuzzi on the roof was closed, so we used the one in the backyard which has a view at the street and bit of the mountain. -The hotel does not provide bathrobes, slippers for Spa. And you cross the bar area briefly before entering the spa :)

clean and tidy, great location with super helpful staff, in particular Annette and the lady at breakfast, who’s name I forget! a private shuttle to the slopes every morning was fantastic sorted all our ski passes out for us and a great bar and restaurant for breakfast and dinner
