Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was great with a huge selection. They also - much to our surprise - put on a very early 5am breakfast on the weekend for departures day. We were also able to check in early as our room was ready.

Rooms are a little dated but very much served the purpose.

Week in the Mountains

Nice breakfast and spa was great after a day at the slopes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good in the center with walking distance to thE Clotes lift.

I would prefer real bedsheets/duvets that you can put blankets inside as opposite just lay over the bedsheets. The extra-blankets was huge, very heavy and it didn't feel so hygienic.

Struttura situata nella piazza di questo piccolo paese con nelle vicinanze un market, gelateria e bar. Essendo la sera di ferragosto abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel e non è stata oltre le aspettative.

Struttura datata che avrebbe bisogno di una "svecchiata". Box doccia con una sola anta funzionante. Non è disponibile un garage per le moto.

Muy buena, nos dejaron aparcar las motos justo en la puerta del hotel y eso es de agradecer.

El desayuno fue buenisimo, la habitacion y instalaciones un tanto viejas, faltaria modernizarlas. El personal super amable y servicial, nos acogieron muy bien.

Lo unico que echamos en falta fue el aire acondicionado en la habitacion pero al estar en la montaña no nos hizo falta, y que en la habitacion no habia nevera ni mosquit4era para la ventana.

Charmant hôtel pour une étape

Accueil toute la nuit, chambre propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux

Struttura accogliente, pulita e in pieno centro. Staff gentile, specialmente in fase di check out siamo stati accolti da una giovane receptionist gentile e sorridente, il che ci ha permesso di iniziare bene la giornata!

Una certa difficoltà nel prendere accordi al telefono e il televisore agganciato al muro in una posizione che lo rendeva assolutamente inutilizzabile.

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Camera davvero spaziosa. Personale gentile

La pulizia degli arredi da migliorare (la testata del letto aveva macchie di schizzi di un qualche liquido non ben definito). Pavimenti e Bagno invece OK. E la manutenzione generale (prese elettriche che si sganciano e fanno falsi contatti, tubo doccia "appiccicato" col silicone)

Déception, mais passable pour peu de temps

Proche du centre et des remontées de ski. Personnel sympathique et gentil. On peut se garer devant l'établissement sur le parking de la ville, moyennement payant !

L'hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout à un 4 étoiles... Autant la réception est vraiment sympa, mais les chambres... bon elles sont grandes c'est vrai, mais c'est une déco très simpliste... vous avez un lit, une armoire, et un petit bureau.. y'a vraiment rien d'exceptionnel si on compare avec d'autres 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner c'est un buffet, mais pareil, y'a rien de fabuleux, c'est passable. Pas de parking de l'hôtel, c'est celui de la ville, et il faut mettre un ticket, parce que la police passe souvent et si vous ne le savez pas, ils s'en foutent royalement, vous avez l'amende ! Bref, on y es restés qu'une nuit, mais c'est déjà trop, je lui donnerai plutôt 3 étoiles, voire même 2.

Camera molto sporca, intonaco rovinato, ragnatele, peli e capelli nella doccia, specchio alonato, capello nel letto, box doccia con tanto nero, asse del wc appoggiato a mala pena che si muoveva di continuo. 1 asciugamano doccia ed 1 viso ma non previsto quello per il bidet. Telecomando tv pieno di materiale appiccicoso e schifoso. colazione in una bellissima sala ma completamente approssimativa e disorganizzata. Vista della camera deludente ma su questo aspetto non avevo domandato nulla, mentre sulla dignità della camera davo per scontato, in un 4 stelle, di non ritrovarmi in condizione così disagiata
