Quaint Village Hotel

Loved the location of the hotel, the fabulous breakfast (and gorgeous breakfast room) with lovely, helpful staff. The restaurant where we ate dinner the night before was associated with the hotel, and the food was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

A comfortable stay

Great breakfast, with a wonderful selection of savoury (local cheeses and salamis including deer and boar) and sweet. Our bedroom was decorated in an alpine style and was very clean and comfortable. A quiet location that allowed us to rest.

It was a little difficult finding the hotel, but locals helped guide us. The check out time was not generous.

Fabulous from start to finish!!

Firstly the hospitality of Fabio and Danielle was outstanding. Really top class - transporting us to and from the slopes and to pick up and return ski hire (the lifts near the hotel were closed due to lack of snow on lower slope). We loved the beautiful old village location and the very warm, welcoming hotel and restaurant that lay within its narrow (very narrow)cobbled streets. Totally charming and the traditional wood and stone decor enhanced with many original and rustic artefacts. The bedroom was clean, warm , plenty hot water and the bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in. Again full of alpine charm. Breakfast was also superb and plentiful. A wide range of yogurts, jams (some home made), cereals, eggs, local cheeses, ham and salami, fresh rolls and delicious pastries, teas, coffee and juices. The restaurant / pizzeria was in a separate building . Again full of rustic, alpine charm and very reasonably priced . Pizza was top class !!

Charming establishment that makes you feel happy inside.

Super nice owners, smiling, helpful, and charming. Big rooms, clean.

The walls are thin, when people get up in the morning you can hear them speak as if they are in your room. Also would love to have an outside hot-tub surrounded by the snow (and a sauna) - two important ski things. **Any type of vegetables during breakfast**

Exceptional

A cause, warm and friendly environment. It is topped by the fair price and great rooms. The rooms have nice details and there are tons of small trinkets. We were there by Bike and got a free sparking spot in the garage :) Great place!

enjoyed our stay in the Alps with very good B&B and their tips

everything OK. no criticism at all. WiFi OK. room with balcony, fridge, shower, breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices. Daniele and Fabio are good and hard-working people. breakfast is outstanding, as is the coffee. dinner is surprising and very tasty! we recommend this place!!!

Exceptional

Our stay at Hotel Etoile Des Neiges was simply amazing and we would say probably the best hotel experience we have ever had. The location is amazing, in the little town Jouvenceaux only 10 mins from Sauze itself by walk. The hotel is right next to the lift and is very convenient to get onto the mountain. The staff were attentive and really friendly alongside being very helpful with loads of tips about the town. Another added benefit is that they have a great little restaurant down the road, only 50 meters. The breakfast provided was delicious. Cheese, salamis, cereals, pastries. The room was beautiful. The stone and wood work is a really nice touch and the bed and ensuite were perfect. If we could give more than 10 stars for each category, we would! Thanks so much again for the amazing stay

Very good

The hotel is a village home with an amazing view, it has parking so its very convenient. There is a lake nearby so you can hear the water running, its very relaxing. The bed was very confortable despite having a middle separation (two joined beds), breakfast was very good, with local and fresh products. There is not a lot to do around, therefor its an excelente place to just relax and enjoy the view.

if you like it it a bit romantic and historic, you‘ll love this place. The attention to details is insane and the owners are the cutest couple we met along the road in the french alpes. 10/10 would recommend :))

Bellissima atmosfera. Carinissimo il vecchio borgo. Ottimo il ristorante. Veramente ospitale il padrone di casa. Colazione molto buona con una torta cocco cioccolato strepitosa i salumi fantastici e le uova delle galline a metro zero! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Accuratezza degli arredi , letti super comodi , molto pulito , staff super gentile e sempre attento ad ogni necessità . Colazione da 10+ . Prodotti locali , di tutto e di più sia dolce che salato . Inoltre sono proprietari del ristorate , pizzeria , dove si mangia molto molto bene , lo consiglio . Grazie per averci fatto passare un super weekend

A recommander sans hésitation, une auberge authentique comme on en trouve rarement...

Magnifique petite auberge dans un petit hameau historique, petit balcon et réveil le matin par le coq des aubergistes ! Un lieu hors du temps tenu par une famille au complet, les parents et les enfants qui ont un vrai sens de l'hospitalité... Mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. A recommander sans hésitation.
