Excellent stay !

Everything lived up to our expectations. We had read the good reviews and can only confirm everything we read: kindness, friendliness and cleanliness are the words to describe this hotel. Excellent location for skiing, right in front of the beginning of the Via Lattea area. We also enjoyed dinner. The hotel chef is excellent and all the different dishes we tried were delicious, especially the mozzarella in carrozza: top notch!

The warmth, cleanliness, helpful staff. Perfect location. Close to the slopes, restaurants, shops. Caroline the owner was lovely and helpful. We will return and have recommended to family and friends.

A perfect stay for skiing!

The location was great, right next to the slopes and in the center. At the reception you can do the skipass directly, and the ski deposit is right next to the hotel and the slopes too. The room was super clean, and the breakfast and New Years Eve dinner super rich! Very gentle and professional staff too.

Amazing hotel, incredible location, fabulous food - 100% recommend it!

Fabulous location, lovely rooms, and fantastic breakfasts and dinners. The quality and variety of food were amazing, and they were able to provide me with gluten-free and lactose-free options for breakfast and dinner to accommodate my dietary requirements which I really appreciate! Caroline and her staff are fabulous - very friendly and helpful. We were even able to sort our ski passes through Caroline to allow us more time to enjoy the slopes. The location is incredible - right at the bottom of the slope and next to the Clotes chairlift making it probably the best-located hotel in all of Sauzee d'Oulx . Very nice bar that's part of the hotel also. Fantastic value for money too! I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

short and bitter sweet due to injury excellent hotel and owners/staff

the choice of evening meal and breakfast were excellent with a great choices. the ski shop next door was very convenient for storing boots and skis. Caroline the owner was fantastic. My husband broke his femur and was taken to the hospital Caroline gave me her mobile number and was there to help me get back to the hotel later that evening. Nothing was too much trouble she was really helpful, friendly and I couldn't have coped with everything without her and her staffs help. I will be back.

A great family run hotel perfect for skiing

fantastic location, right at the bottom of the slope. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, would highly recommend eating there in the evenings - fantastic quality food and amazing value. There is a ski hire shop all run and owned by the same family right next door to the hotel. They also provided an excellent service, providing space to store your skis and boots. We had our own skis serviced whilst we were there and they did a great job for a very reasonable 25 euros a pair. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel for all group sizes.

Lovely hotel, conveniently situated at the bottom of the slopes and next door to the ski rental shop. Nice bar area and lovely staff. overall, a great hotel that we would definitely recommend to any group visiting.

So noisy in the morning with people walking up and down the stairs in ski boots! Would be perfect if they had a no shoe policy in doors perhaps. The breakfast was nice but got a little repetitive by our 5/6th night, a slight variation would have been good.

Welcoming, cozy, comfortable and clean. Relaxed warm atmosphere.

One of the best accommodation establishments we've stayed in. Caroline is the kindest most attentive owner/host, but equally respects privacy. All staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Cleanliness throughout was superb. A lovely atmosphere in the bar area. Very good breakfast. The hotel location is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our seven night stay and will most certainly return, and will also recommend to friends.

Exceptional

Caroline and her team were very welcoming. We had a family room, which had 2 separate rooms, ideal for teenagers. The rooms were modern and spacious, and had a nice big shower. Location was excellent, right at the bottom of the slopes. Caroline organised, airport transfer, lift passes, and ski hire, which made a hassle free holiday. We kept our ski equipment next door in the hire shop, which had boot warmers. It was a win, win all round. Will definitely be back.
