Overpriced for size/quality, tiny bathrooms, sloppy cleaning. Friendly reception only positive.

Friendly and professional staff at reception, good breakfast and friendly service staff, very close to ski lifts. Ski room was good size and condition.

Uncomfortable mattress, pillows. Bathroom was very small - unacceptable to not have any hooks to hang towels, no space to place toiletries, tiny shower. Booked a double room with one large bed - all confirmed then two single beds were given, had to wait to change. Very inconvenient lift (slow and small). Noise from other rooms. Poorly cleaned rooms - once the changed towels had dirt on them, bed sheets not changed, rooms smelled of chemical cleaning agents after service. Overpriced for the quality.

Super friendly staff, comfortable bedroom, great location, highly recommend.

The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. Helped us find really fantastic restaurants in the area. Our room was very spacious with fantastic views, the bed was super comfortable. I had a great massage and found it very relaxing.

The heating kept coming on during the night so had disturbed sleep should have the ability to turn it off. Would of been nive if the hotel offered some food - lunch instead of having to go outside if you wanted to relax.

Excellent hotel for a skiing trip with friends

Location, location, location! The hotel, as the name hints, is just 50 meters from the chairlift. Also ski pass office, ski rental and a decent apres ski bar is right there. Village centre for moro options for dinner is a few hundred meters walk. The hotel was very clean and everything was new, as the renovation had been completed a few months ago. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, there’s a basic lobby bar.

The beds weren’t super comfortable, but I wasn’t expecting that either. We did not test the spa area, because it cost extra and the slot would have been only 40 minutes.

Decent stay but overpriced

Nicely renovated rooms. Super warm and clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The beds were great!

It was overpriced for what we got with extra fee for the use of the sauna and unfortunately the breakfast the following day was very bad. Cold, sloppy and poor quality.

Fantastic stay at Lift Hotel

Everything from the warm welcome, the friendly staff (Francesco and his team went out of their way to accommodate us) the newly refurbished rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, the delicious variety of food at breakfast, the typical Italian food for dinner (Pasquale the restaurant manager was fantastic), the wellness centre (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) and very good massage. Finally, not forgetting the pool table in the bar which gave us lots of entertainment each evening before dinner.

Nothing to dislike. We arrived as the hotel was completing the final stages of its refurbishment so there were a couple of glitches, including not being able to use the wellness centre until our last day but this wasn’t a problem for us.
