The breakfast plates for hot food were cold. A strong smell of toilets in the entrance hall.

The location of the hotel is great, as is the free shuttle to the bottom of Sportinia lift. The breakfast selection is also very good.

A lot of things sadly. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and that is the biggest let down. I asked for an iron - they didn’t have one. I asked to unlock the window as it was roasting in the room and I couldn’t sleep - they said no (apparently it’s illegal; even though many windows were wide open but apparently because the lock was broken. So if it’s illegal, surely the locks must be fixed?). I then asked for a fan since they couldn’t open the window - they didn’t have one. I asked to be moved to another room where the window does open (many rooms had that where the lock was broken), they couldn’t accommodate that either. So when I asked what the solution is - they just shrugged their shoulders. They say they have a spa (nearby), but when we asked for the cost they replied with “I don’t know, here’s their number”. Our first night dinner was quite far away and the drop off by skidoo location meant we would have had to walk far. We were exhausted so we thought “let’s get a taxi”. I called the hotel to ask them if they could help book one or give me a number for one, they replied with “the concierge has gone home, sorry - can’t help”. There are also no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and everything is unbelievably dated. This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, I would give it a comfortable 2, maybe 3 at a push purely because of breakfast!

Comfortable beds, convenient location near the bus station, the breakfast was better than is typical for hotels, possibility to store luggage before and after check-in, great bar with views

Molto rumoroso, assenza di telefono, stanze sporche, con accessori rotti, senza estrazione aria da bagno cieco, senza possibilità di regolare il clima, frigo bar vuoto, due ascensori x 300 persone non sincronizzati, navetta pomeridiana dopo le 13.30 quando l'abbonamento parte alle 13.00, porte scale che sbattono tutta la notte

Rummen var bra och frukosten helt OK. Hotellet låg inte på gångavstånd till liften, men de löstes bra med en shuttlebus.

Hissarna skulle behöva få lite digital kärlek. Som det var nu föreföll de gå lite hursomhelst. Runt åtta på morgonen var det bättre att ta trapporna ner från plan 8 till frukostmatsalen på -1. Rekordet var när vi skulle checka ut, det tog då en kvart att komma ner med alla väskor. Entrén till frukostrestaurangen övervakades av en äldre herre som bryskt avvisade mig för att det inte passade sig att träda in i mina €100- Birkenstock. Dock var det helt OK att äta frukost i underställ.
