Shame the apartment was so dirty and thought it would be betteras linked to the Thalasso group.

The bathroom had a great shower

Dirty. Floor had ingrained dirt. The windows were filthy including cobwebs on the inside of the bedroom windows. There was a dirty sheet and sand on the sofa bed when we pulled it out. Things had been spilt on the wardrobe doors and not cleaned off. Booked for 2 adults & 1 child, but Booking.com had not told this to the Apartment Host. Had to wait in for bedding to be delivered for the sofa bed and there was no duvet provided for this bed. Also not all the towels provided as stated. It’s a shame as it’s such a good location.

Very quiet and comfortable apartment.

The room was secure and very quiet. It was spacious and had good windows for ventilation. The kitchen/ living room was small but worked well for just the two of us. The bathroom was tidy and worked very well. Great heated towel rail. There was not a bath mat and the towels were quite tiny. Also the shower was great and had excellent pressure. However we were very careful not to wash all of the bathroom as the design was quite open. No door on the shower. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was also a good size and very comfortable.

The lighting in the kitchen/ dining room/ living room was not good but we managed with putting the extra lamps in the bedroom in this room. They were not needed in the bedroom. There also was not a kettle or electric jug. And the bath towels very too small with no bath mat for the floor.

the heating unit did not work in the living room… talked to staff who said they’d get it fixed right away. never happened. we were uncomfortable in evenings. I would like a reimbursement due to our discomfort. no internet! what? get in the 21st century.

Superb

Small but very well equipped one bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and had everything I needed to relax after long days hiking. Supermarket is very close by. Check in instructions and directions given by reception were very clear and detailed. Very quiet, I didn't notice any street noise overnight.

Keys had to be picked up from other end of town which was a bit more of a walk there and back than I would have liked after a full day's hike. 5pm check-in is quite late.

Easy to park the car, easy to connect with the other part of the presqu’île, easy to find : just by the big church A room and a living room with a small kitchen : perfect for breakfast

The room is upon a small street where every single sound are heared and the view on a little white pavillon is not exiting. The so call garden seems to be the parking place with trees ... It would be good in the kitchen to have a kettle and what is needed to make tea and not only a coffee machine.

Bonne literie, propre, équipement simple et complet. Bon emplacement même si pas très romantique, mais au final un bon emplacement car à proximité du Super U, calme et proche du port, de la gare, facile de se garer.

Aucun problème, la réception pour récupérer la clé est un peu loin à pied, environ 500 mètres.

Bel espace et équipements mais emplacement face à une station d'épuration

La proximité du port, le parking, l'aménagement de l'appartement et l'espace de vie, les équipements de l'appartement (cuisine équipée, salle de bain...)

Malheureusement notre appartement était face à la station d'épuration en plein travaux : mauvaises odeurs et invasion d'ephemeres quand on ouvrait les fenêtres. Route en face assez passante et bruyante. Dommage de ne pas l'avoir su avant de réserver.

le petit dejeuner n'était pas inclus dans la formule

Le choix de la peinture extérieure de l'immeuble ne donne pas une bonne image à l'établissement et c'est bien dommage. Meme si le studio est d'époque des années 80, il n'en demeure pas moins confortable, salle de bains refaite à neuf, lit confortable, TV, cuisine équipée ... il manque la WIFI.

Propreté globale. Bonne literie.

Appartement fonctionnel pour un déplacement professionnel mais pas vraiment une location de vacances. Juste bien pour dormir mais aurait été peu agréable si la météo ne nous avait pas été favorable. Vue sur un carrefour, le parking et une station d’épuration. Équipement basique. Même pas de sel et poivre. Douche qui n’évacuait pas et que nous avons dû nettoyer.

Une belle surprise ! Les photos me laissaient penser à un logement beaucoup plus petit or il n’en est rien.

L’emplacement proche des commerces, du port et de la plage. La taille du logement était très bien. Le calme. Le parking gratuit. La salle de bain rénovée et fonctionnelle. Le sèche serviette fonctionnel et ultra pratique

Tres sympas pour passer de belle vacances !

L’établissement était vraiment très bien équipé. De plus sa localisation était parfaite, 15 minutes à pied de la plage, 5 minutes à pied du port. Parking gratuit et environnement calme.

Revoir la propreté sur certains points ( grosses poussière en dessous du lit, au dessus du lit, brioche périmé qui n’était pas à nous, plafond légèrement dégradé)

La situation

Le sol en lino dans la pièce principale est très dégradé et pour cause ! Le lave vaisselle est HS mais ce n'est pas signalé... ce qui m'a valu d'éponger une bonne heure à 23h la veille du départ. J'avais déjà signalé que de "l'eau sale remontait" sous le lino mais pour autant personne n'a jugé utile de m'indiquer qu'il valait mieux ne pas utilisé le lave vaisselle. Lorsque j'ai restitué les clefs, le personnel à feint la surprise...

Équipements très limités, Appartement vieillot bien que quelques pièces aient été rénovées, les finitions n ont pas été faites. Une seule prise dans la cuisine au niveau du sol... Linge de toilette taché et un grand tapis de sol en guise de drap de bain ...

Humidité

Le logement sentait très fort l’humidité ( les murs étaient piqués par l’humidité), la propreté était à revoir (toiles d’araignées et poussières ainsi qu’une chaussette qui n’était pas à nous). Nous avons appelé pour en informer l’établissement mais ils en ont eu rien à faire.. nous avons fait qu’une nuit sur deux car l’odeur était vraiment trop désagréable
