A pleasant stay.

Great location, quiet area, couple of restaurants and wonderful walks.

I had read previously that the shower and basin was NOT separated from the bedroom, this is true, affording little privacy. The mirror placed on the wall opposite the shower entrance means your reflection whilst showering is for all to see! Had to draw all the curtains in the bedroom each time i wanted to use it. A simple curtain on a pole may be nice to separate this area?

Nice room with terrible bathroom and no view from the window.

The location is very nice. The room looked nice and the bed was very comfortable. A cute cat was wandering around.

The room was just next to the entrance on the ground floor and had no view from the window. It was a room for people with disabilities. Therefore, it had a shower at a low level and, for some reason, no curtain around it. Taking a shower was very inconvenient since the water was everywhere. The bathroom had a terrible smell, and the floor was covered in mould. We said this to a receptionist and asked if we could change a room. Apparently, it was possible, but with an additional fee. However, an additional cleaning was free, although it did not help.

Worth the extra for ocean view room

We stayed 2 nights in October.Our twin bedded room, number 204, up one flight of stairs had a sea view on 2 sides(see attached photo).It’s a gorgeous location, close to coastal walks.But your experience will obviously be weather dependent. Breakfast was good including delicious caramel. Nearby crêperie., La Crêpe Dantel. Worth booking. We went both nights.

A few parking places right in front of the hotel.Others were close by.A little tight, depending on the size of your car.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing and the hotel staff overstretched trying to man reception and breakfast. The choice at breakfast was meagre and what was available ran out.

Surprise at first to have to go to the hotel next door to check-in. A headboard is more complicated than a bedside table to place a glass of water on at night.

1.location 2.room was clean

1.it was too cold in the room during the night 2.Bed was awful. There is a sheet with heating on the half of bed (no idea why only on the half), but it makes plastic sounds even with a little movement in the bed. And moreover it suddenly started to work during the night (I think it was programmed for specific hours). It became so hot, impossible to sleep. So it was awful night.

Logis Hotel Vent d‘Iroise La Pointe Saint- Mathieu - We‘d come back! The location of the Logis Hotel Vent d‘Iroise La Pointe Saint- Mathieu is absolutely perfekt - just a minute away from the spectacular coast line and the incredible light house/ abbey- ruins- scenery at Pointe Saint- Mathieu. Our room on the 1st floor was spacious and offered nice views overlooking the spectacular coast line. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. All details are arranged and decorated with love and taste. The staff was very polite and accomodative - prepared to assist in any way. We enjoyed our stay at Logis Hotel Vent d‘Iroise La Pointe Saint- Mathieu much and definitely would come back! Many thanks again! Kind regards!

good value of money

The view is amazing. In our room, we can lay on the bed to see sunset, and at night can see starry sky through windows.

The facility is a bit old, especially the bathroom. The window glass is not very clean but people can open windows to see through, so not a big issue.

Generally speaking we enjoyed our stay at the Logis

We had two breakfasts at 12€ each and they were reasonable but rather expensive for what was on offer.We had identical bedrooms next door to each other but bizarrely because I had a “lateral” view of the sea was charged quite a lot more than my sister in law.. we were also unpleasantly surprised to find that the lavatory had no hand basin in it.

See comments above. I am also not sure that I had the room that was advertised. However we really enjoyed our stay, and the young staff went of their way to be helpful and pleasant.

Very nice location, close to the coast. Less than 3 mins walk to sea. Great bed and amenities otherwise. Very helpful staff!

Maybe 1-2 extra electrical plugs on the bedside for electronics. Just nitpicking at this point. Maybe a carpet in the entrance of the room, I would bring straws from the paillasson outside in the room.
