Very good hotel, central with access to a lot of Switzerland. Good rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast is minimal, could do with more than eggs, ham and cheese.

Very pleasent hotel in a perfect position for skiers.

The position is great to reach the sky area, the staff is always there to help and the breakfast is also very good. I stayed there only one night but I will come back absolutely.

This was a hotel of two halves. Our room was very outdated with cheap furniture and looked to be in need of renovation, however the bathroom had been done and was good. The pillows were awful , and hold not be called pillows plus very hard mattress. This is a shame as the restaurant and staff were good

Excellent Location

This hotel is convenient for our needs its Swiss style frontage make it look like a mountain lodge in the centre or a village, the staff are friendly but although the rooms are larger than normal rooms every else is pretty basic

Comfortable stay in a quiet spot a drive away from Lucerne.

The breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff was quite attentive. The hotel is in a quiet location.

The hotel receptionist upon arrival was not welcoming, seemed inconvenienced by me simply checking in. The location of this hotel is a 20-30 min drive to Lucerne. Not many restaurants available nearby.

Nice location for a getaway. Not exactly near Lucern but workable.

The town is nice, and the hotel was nice. The breakfast does not have a lot of options but it's ok. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean.

Our bathroom had a leak, but we noticed too late. Not a big problem but it was more noise than what we would like to sleep. The guy at the reception was not very kind when we arrived.

The hotel is appx. 10 mins by Bus from Stans station. The hotel is located in nice and quiet locality. Room was nice and clean. Staff were polite and courteous. Buffet Breakfast was good.

Location is close to all ski slopes within 1h drive close to zurich airport perfect budget hotel to explore central swiss

Only the breakfast no veg at all a bit of warm pancakes and scrambled eggs will make a breakfast bit richer other than that no issues

Hotel was nice.

Room was on street side which was very noisy. Back side of hotel better. Our room was accidentally given away to another family. Eventually the problem was resolved but certainly was an upset. I asked for a discount but was denied. I would not stay here again.

Well the hotel check in was virtually unexistent just like the reception staff. We turned up withing the specified check in times and there was absolutely no-one at the desk and also nobody was picking up the phone when we were ringing. So that was a stressful 20 minutes when I thought I was going to have to find an alternative accommodation. I've managed to get through to a person though the booking.com messaging and they told me the room number. We'll if you are not planning to be at the flipping check in desk ever you could have told me the room number and where yo to find before. But they were sure quick to take the money out of my bank account for the room. Very unhappy felt unwelcome

You can get your money's worth with its spacious rooms and excellent breakfast.

Being close to Lucerne and Tesla Supercharger was a great advantage for us. In addition, the town where it is located is quiet, calm and has a very beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fridge and kettle as a facility. It has free parking facility. Breakfast was very satisfying and varied. The price is considered affordable for Switzerland.
