Rooms and bath size, comfortable bed, good shower.

The shuttle to the center has very limited hours. I choose this hotel for this service, and when I did the check in, there was not service until 5pm, so I have to go with my car and pay parking.

Ideal place for a short visit to Verona for car travellers: sufficient parking space, close to autostrada, quick and efficient check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds, good walk-in shower and excellent breakfast - what else one needs for a restful break!

Great hotel for those traveling by car

For guests with cars, it was the best option, free parking garage, easy access to the city and highways. Basic and good breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool and the atmosphere is very quiet. There is also a free shuttle to the city. Cheaper than hotels in Verona city.

Improve the shuttle service during the summer (especially the late-night return trip from the city) and explore Italian cuisine a little more at breakfast, with a variety of cheeses, breads, etc.

We used the bedroom and underground parking. The bed was vey comfotbale and the parking secure. Staff on reception excellent.

Fine, but not the relaxing stay I was hoping for

High standards as always with a Crowne Plaza. All staff extremely courteous and helpful. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Loved the bar and helpful staff.

I’m coeliac and need a gluten free diet. Extremely limited food options in bar and restaurant. Only two options in the restaurant and one was octopus 😢so couldn’t eat that. And only one option in the Bar. So I had to go into town to eat every day if I wanted to avoid the very high cost of a meal with limited options in the hotel. The locale of the hotel limited options to eat nearby. In the room - no hook to hang clothing in the bathroom - was infuriating. Please please help coeliacs and change this.

Very pleasant

The hotel is modern and looks new, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was far from the attractions but we had a car and the parking in the hotel was free. We stayed for one night and couldn't check the facilities or the breakfast.

Nothing really, only the shower in the bathroom had black spots between the wall tiles which made it look a bit old and dirty unlike the rest of the bath which looked very clean.

A nice and classic chain hotel, with all the good facilities in a new building, 10 minutes driving to Verona town centre, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room is quiet and comfortable, parking is free, the pricing is quite reasonable.

Not very comfortable for holiday vacations with kids

The location was good, also the hotel has a bus to bring you to downtown.

The bus to bring you to downtown only is able at 11 am so if I go to take a tour better take. A taxi. If the hotel miss to clean the room , they do not take responsibility. The temperature of the room is hoy eve though is summer and if you try to cook down automatically go again to 25c , was very uncontrollable.
