Enjoyed our stay, comfy bed, good location

I liked the self-check in, easy access from the highway. Very nice bathroom, all clean. The beds were also comfortable and the minifridge and microwave very useful. Public transport station close by, supermarket around the corner.

I was missing a few glasses and spoons. Luckily we had a cup and we could prepare hot milk for our little one. We might have been a bit unlucky that was a loud party next to the house, but they were also very nice, we got plastic spoons from them.

Perfect stay

A perfect stay in Verona – peaceful, comfortable, and very well organized! Vitti’s Home was the perfect choice for our visit to Verona. The apartment is modern, cozy, and spotlessly clean – just what you need after a day of exploring the city. The courtyard is beautiful, quiet, and full of greenery – a true little oasis where even our dog enjoyed every moment. That was a big plus for us! We especially appreciated the freedom and convenience – check-in and check-out were completely flexible, parking was available on-site, and everything was clearly explained and easy to access. The whole stay was smooth and stress-free. A truly wonderful experience – quiet, charming, and thoughtfully managed. We would definitely come back!

A hidden gem in Verona

The room was very spacious and quite luxurious. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi and coffee maker (accompanied with some snacks). You also get absolute privacy here.

The property is on a car park, so you could hear them at it as early as 7 in the morning. Also, the drains in the bathroom didn’t work well and triggered an incredibly loud pump each time. The walls are thin as well, so we could hear everyone in the hallway and outside.

Lack of places to plug things in/plugs that work, no hot water kettles or cups for tea (for cleanliness they say). They do provide a microwave, but you first have to find a cup to put in the microwave.

Overall is a very nice place to spend vacation. Not far away from GardaIand resort

Coffee machine and the breakfast stuff in the room - all offered - is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, no noise during the night. As we arrived late in the night, We saw the beautiful garden only in the morning !

Toilets of the Shakespeare room is shared. If you can add for family with kids, some stuff for breakfast like yogurt or milk. That will really make a difference.

Lovely Place to Relax

We occupied four rooms (which were named "Adigo" "Suite" "Romeo" and "Guilleita"). GoogleMaps took us to the wrong place, "HereWeGo" was a more accurate app. The rooms were all very large, clean and furnished very well. There was an outdoor seating area which was great for our large group (13 people) to sit in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. The children enjoyed playing in the grass. There is a large grocery store about three blocks away. Parking is secure. The hotel is surrounded by a large fence and bushes, with a security gate for access to the property. The staff kept the whole place very clean. The shower had about 20 different spray combinations. This hotel is located in an industrial area, however there is bus service to the old city. The rooms were quiet and had very good WiFi.

Concerning the room called "Adigo": the towel bar was missing a screw so the towel bar fell off when a towel was hung on it. The sink plug did not work. The toilet was loose and allowed water to leak onto the floor. The shower drain was very slow in draining. The soap and shower gel dispenser in the shower were not working. The was a sign in the bathroom that said "Bango elettrico non usare in assenza di corrente" "Electric bath do not use without power". But, I have no idea what that sign indicates. I was very offended by a statue of Buddah in the room.

Exceptional

It was nice to be out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main city, the rooms are very clean and come with a fridge, the staff I met were pleasant and there is huge shopping complex if you go out and right about 15 mins for all your needs! There are two coffee shops right near by ( Coffees Angels were affordable and delicious) though the have good Nespresso machines in the room. The outside grounds are well kept and pleasant and its quiet at night! Very nice sushi restaurant and a supermarket (Migross) nearby, and 2 or 3 bus stops that take you right into the city, you can download the ATV Verona app for digital bus passes and just validate by QR on the bus itself. I would recommend the stay in Vitti's Just be prepared for the self check in - once I figured it out it was easy but there is rarely someone at the desk (though they are reachable by phone), there is an email and a QR code, you check yourself in and the keys are picked up at the gate with a personal code. As I'm a little tech deficient it was a bit confusing to begin with. But all in all, great stay!
