A place with a perfect staff members who are the nicest people I’ve met in a while.

The best thing about your stay here is that it makes you feel like 5*. Every single staff member is genuinely a nice person and not faking it. Our car broke down in Verona and we ended up staying here. The staff all helped us with arranging help and went out of their way to make sure we were ok. The location and environment suites us perfectly. It’s near a lot of the car showrooms and shopping mall near by. Definitely this place highly recommended.

They gave us a 160 cm wide bed even though we were in three (2 adults, one 5 year old). I expected at least a small bed or portable extra bed for the kid.

The hotel has convenient transportation. It takes about 10 minutes to drive into the downtown. The room is clean and beautiful, with well-equipped facilities. There are several large shopping malls nearby, which are convenient for shopping, and there are also delicious restaurants. I recommend this hotel if you want to have a daytrip in Verona.

Everthing was pretty much spot on with this hotel other then the location is quite far out but there is a bus stop nearby to the hotel that gets you stright in to the mix of things so it's not too much of an issue.

huge disappoinment…

1.shower head-set was out of function.2.my colleagues bathroom was wet because there was water dropping from the ceiling 3.on 21 september morning we could not take our showers as there was no even warm water! 4.one of the waitresses of dinner service was very impolite. just ten minutes after we ordered our meals, we’ve been told to wait about 50 minutes! 5. on the first evening spagetti was served exactly in 40 minutes.6. on the last day; a shampoo was taken out of the room which was unvelievable! total disappointment and unfortunately there’s another booking ahead at this hotel along with many concerns in our heads right noe as 3 colleagues.
