Overall ok but better to rent in the center

Room was quite big really for 3 persons so we were feeling ok in space.

Breakfast was not included and i had to pay additionally if i would like to have breakfast, but i prefer to eat outside. Location is quite far from the center so that we need to use taxi which quite expensive, also bust station and metro not close and if you use it you spend much time and energy, which is not appropriate. we were missing some facilities like room shoes.

One night stay that can make a difference

They were caring and supportive on my arrival dealing with checking in promptly considering the complexity and time need to resolve.The customer centric approach delivered by staff on my contact was remarkable and so their knowledge of English to reach me and Italian to reach the manager. On departure I treated nicely and it has made my day despite the rain. Thank you very much!

The use of light green puff was an eyesore 😅 no offence, but use a puff cover with some tones of blue or light blue would make a better connection with the wall’s blue and light-blue elements. Additionally, consider some wooden like or blue/light blue rugs to give it extra touch, since the naked parked could be transition to these additions well. These could reduce amount of neutrality in the room design. Cheers

Good location, near the highway. Free parking space. Normal size of the hotel room.

We had a room on the ground floor, the doors are very loud. Also the music in the reception area was very loud until 11 pm. We couldn't sleep from those. They charged extra money for the dog, but the room had spots from other dog.

Comfortable choice for motorists - though on-site EV charging isn't available if you arrive late

Great room, easy check-in. Really clean and comfortable, it looks really good for its price.

It would be nice to announce the advertised on-side EV charging isn't actually available if you arrive past a certain hour. I had to get up early in the morning and waste time charging somewhere else, because I couldn't charge overnight, even though this was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel.

Verh poor for the high price you pay

Good location near exit autostrada and not far from city center. Enough parking space

A bit old and out of style, I constantly smelt cigarette smoke in the room on 4th floor and in the stay (for work) of 3 night I was surrounded by young people making a lot of noise until 1 AM.. breakfast poor, we got a hand written note with room nr to show you paid for it.. more a hostel than a hotel

Could be pleasant, but turned out much more expensive than promised+not willing to solve problem.

Location closest to the highway, few km to center of the city.

After a staff confirmed everything was ok at check-out, few hours later we got charged without invoice using my credit card for reporting a clogged shower, which we didn't clogge in the first place. Called them the same day to report ineligible transaction. Four days later we came again to hotel trying to solve the problem personally to receive my money back or get an invoice or any other explanation... going home with "please call next week".

Fantastic and comfortable with a wow shower!

As a wheelchair user it was very accessible with the most amazing shower! There was a warm welcome and the lady on reception was keen to advise us on what to see in Verona. They were all friendly and keen to make our trip as comfortable as possible. Nice breakfast even had gluten free options. Thanks

Nothing I can think of! Great place to stay especially for the price. Was a little out of town but we knew this when we booked it and it didn’t cause any problems as we had a car.
