Mr.Luca is a very helpful man. Even when we arrived midnight he took time to recieve us and showed us the apartment and made us feel comfortable. Fully Worth the money spent.

Location was excellent. FUlly accessible to city centre via bus, and walking distance to train / bus station Luca was exceptionally helpful, especially when we had medical emergency. Room and ensuite were expetional - very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed

Der Balkon und das private Ambiente, sprich nur 2 Hotelzimmer! Schalldämmung der Fenster und wirksame Klimaanlage. Gute Sanitäreinrichtung. Hervorragende Restaurants und auch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe.
Frühstücksangebot sehr spärlich und ohne Abwechslung! Dafür die Gelegenheit in der gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank selbst dafür zu sorgen.
