Absolutely stunning property, exceptional service

Everything - the pool, villa, sky pool floating breakfast, our super friendly and attentive butler Mardi. We stayed here for a friends wedding for the one night and as such didn’t have the time to use all of the facilities on offer at the resort however one thing we hugely enjoyed was our private floating breakfast in the OneEighty sky pool - book this if you can!

It was a wonderful stay at the Edge and we enjoyed it very much.

Our butler, Galung was excellent and very attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to decorate our bedroom as we were celebrating our anniversary, which was very sweet of him. He prepares our breakfast very well and he comes with barista skills in making cappuccino and latte.. which was great. We also enjoyed the spa. The two ladies who provided the service for my daughter and I on Thursday , 13 October 2022 were just fabulous. I also like the way you have allocated a space for the villa guests at the main pool area since your property allows non-staying guests to enjoy the pool (which was interesting to me).

There needs to be some slots prioritised for your staying guests at your restaurant. We could not get into the Cave because there were no space for us (especially when we were going to have our anniversary dinner there) and if there were, it was for at 9 or 9:30pm slot on another day which is really too late to have dinner. We felt that as staying guests, there should be some priority when it comes to reservations at the restaurant. As a result, we went to another restaurant at another hotel. It would also be nice to have other outlets other than 180 to allow for more choices. The food there was really good but would be nice to go to a different restaurant for our meals.

Magic mistake

We booked as a group of friends as we had a reservation for dinner in the cave. We must say that from the moment we arrived we thought everything was amazing. Staff were welcoming and it proximity to the cave for dinner couldn't of been closer. Our bulter was wonderful and not intrusive. The breakfast was delicious. We loved it all

We did not like that the advertised price on booking.com was misleading which caused us much distress. Booking.com needs to accept responsibility for how they show their pricing. Our coffee machine was not working as it would of been nice to make a coffee when we felt like it.

The one bedroom villa was so spacious! The pool was so big! What I liked the most is the butler service. Our dedicated butler Patlan was perfect!

As they accept non residents at the 180 bar, the pool was not clean especially in the afternoon. Residents should profit early morning from the pool.

Recently stayed at the "Breeze" villa in The Edge Bali in mid-May 2022 for 2 nights and it was nothing short of beautiful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by both the front desk and our butler, Juliwan, with a welcome drink and gift, before being whisked away in a golf cart to our sprawling one bedroom villa for check-in. The villa boasts a long lawn, cabana that sits 10, gradient lap pool, patio, living and dining rooms, a kitchen (complete with water dispenser, fridge, and oven), outdoor and indoor rain showers, and the most breathtaking view of the endless blue seas off the Uluwatu cliffs. The full-length accordion doors of our bedroom opened into the deeper end of the lap pool - you could wake up and jump into the pool if you wanted to! Every night, Juliwan offered a "turn down service" (as he called it) where he would dim the lights of the villa, leave sweet dreamy notes on our bed, and a goodnight snack by our bedside. In addition to the thoughtful "turn down service", Juliwan was very responsive, prompt, and attentive to all our needs. When helping with taking our couple pictures, he had great artistic direction. Breakfast at the villa was an event on its own - you could have your breakfast in the cabana, in the main dining area, floating in the pool. You name it and Juliwan would deliver. Also, don't miss the mee goreng and nasi goreng, with extra chilli! Left The Edge Bali with a heavy heart. Such an unforgettable experience, will definitely return!

I love every single thing about this place: stunning view from the cliff, beautiful glass pool, amazing service, fantastic food !!! Very comfortable beds in the room and the most friendly and helpful stuff on the entire island. Ultimate Indulgence

The title might be a bit exaggerating, but with the price we paid, it definitely worth the appraisal. We stayed at The View five bedroom villa for two nights. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Including the kids room, this villa strictly speaking is a six bedroom villa that can easily accommodate 10 guests. I do not want to comment too much about the amenities and the views as I want you to feel it yourself. I was deeply impressed during my stay. Before I made the reservation, I researched almost every single high end hotels and resorts in Bali and read many reviews. I noticed some people complaining about this facility being old. Well, If you really sit down and look at every detail in the huge villa, yes, there are imperfect spots. But I don’t think those spots really affect your stay. At least they did not affect mine. Plus, how much are you willing to pay for a resort that renovate every single year? It all comes down to the price you pay. I think this resort is well worth it. The most impressive part is the service of this resort. The View villa has its own dedicated private butlers. They welcome you back with drinks, and they arrange transportations and activities for you. Say goodbye to the complicated traditional phone-line service. The private butler service made it so much easier for a 10-people family to enjoy their stay! I would say our butler Padma and his team made indispensable contribution to our wonderful experience at the Edge Bali. Of course you can watch one of the most beautiful sun set in the world in your own Villa. I also highly recommend a in-villa barbecue cooked by a private chef. Having a Balinese private barbecue dinner with your family in your own villa beside the Indian Ocean is hell of a experience to remember! We then stayed at Four Seasons hotel Sayan in two 2-bedroom villa. We paid 48% more per night at four seasons, but the experience to be honest was not as good. I highly recommend this resort.

The Edge - center of Paradise.

Everything was perfect. EVERYTHING! Beutifull villa, nature, environment, people, staff. Our beautifull big swimming pool and crazy The Edge pool with glass bootom through which you can see ocean waves crashing to cliffs 150m below, under you. 2 lanes boling alley with pool billard and cinema. All free, and complete service with popcorn, drinks even the balking shoes and socks in all the sizes! That is what I call the perfect service! All this was hiden under the tenis court. Free luxury transport to ocean beach and to the temples. Excellent restorant, food and in room dining service. Our buttler, our genie which we felt is member our familly made all our whishes come through. Incredible! Thank you Darma! In our bisit to Bali we visited 5 top very expensive diferent villa resorts and they are all great but The Edge is The King of Bali, king of this beautifull heaven called Bali.
