The views of the property and the friendliness of the staff. The pool was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. The villa had great ventilation and looked amazing.

We had an ant problem on the bed but the staff was quick to arrive and with the spray. It was also very difficult to get to due to the ongoing construction and roadwork.

Beautifuly designed and everything works .

All were great. The only thing they need to add is the breakfast options . If you staying more than 2 nights you kinda bored with the selection

The villa was absolutely stunning and very luxurious. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and we loved the high level of comfort. The staff treated us very well throughout our stay. A huge highlight for us was when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for an excursion; we asked for breakfast before their usual serving time, and they had everything beautifully prepared and packaged to-go for us, that was absolutely TOP!

The location and access to the property were a bit challenging, as the road leading to the villas is still under construction and quite rough. Also, our package included a 30-minute massage, but unfortunately, there was no availability at all during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy it, which was a bit disappointing

The rooms and facilities were good

we realised 2 days in that the staff had been giving us tap water but made to look like fresh water. we only noticed when one was delivered and it had flies and bugs and smelt really bad even when we popped off the top of the bottle. unfortunately it gave me bali belly and I had to spend $500 on nurses to come in the middle of the night to give medication and fluids. when we showed the staff at the front desk the bottle with the flies in and said it had made me unwell he laughed which was quite inappropriate considering I had been bed ridden for our whole 3 day stay.
