Wonderful stay at the villa,
Only location wasn’t the best, but it’s fine because we were using cars for transportation

Very well planned villas. It was incredibly relaxing. Good food.
Lack of steam/sauna room in the spa. Verbal communication with the staff was difficult due to the understandable language barrier, but it caused major confusions with the spa staff. Road leading up to the property is under works and can get bumpy.

The rooms and facilities were good
we realised 2 days in that the staff had been giving us tap water but made to look like fresh water. we only noticed when one was delivered and it had flies and bugs and smelt really bad even when we popped off the top of the bottle. unfortunately it gave me bali belly and I had to spend $500 on nurses to come in the middle of the night to give medication and fluids. when we showed the staff at the front desk the bottle with the flies in and said it had made me unwell he laughed which was quite inappropriate considering I had been bed ridden for our whole 3 day stay.
