Lovely stay in Uluwatu

Lovely rooms, great pool area, comfy beds , nice pillows, friendly staff.

A little bit away from town , you need a scooter to get about but you can hire one from reception , lots of mosquitoes getting in bathroom somehow. Right next to building site but not a problem if you out all day . Can’t be helped as most of Bali is under construction somewhere .

The room was very old, shabby, peeling walls, unpleasant to be inside. So I have to cancel my second night to stay there. No napkins or even cattle in the room, so I have to ask for it.

Cozy Resort.

Lovely cottages with exceptional typicall Balinese style decor. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful garden within resort and swimming pool with a Bar. Fantastic staff, especially Noni, very helpful and nice. The best resort I've ever stayed on Bali.

This place is amazing, my first stay in Bali. The staff is very friendly and at all times make sure you have everything you need. They even drove me to the center and waited with me to get a new sim card as i did not have one when i arrived. Highly recommend. The place is very safe and just has a beautiful vibe.

The pool was lovely and the accommodation had everything I needed. The location is great too because with your scooter you’re in the center in no time. I really enjoyed this place so much!

No hidden gem, but overall good value for money

Good location, when you use a scooter or Grab / Gojek. Nice pool. Drinking water dispenser, so that you can refill your own bottle. Friendly and attentive personnel. Clean rooms. Air-conditioning. Possibility to use facilities such as pool and common areas before check-in and after check-out. Overall a positive impression. Good value for money, especially for Uluwatu.

Bad smell in the bathroom, probably from the drain. Saltwater from the tap and in the shower (normal for Bukit peninsula, due to sweetwater scarcity).

Lovely stay and great staff

Pool is lovely and the staff were absolutely great. The rooms were always cleaned well. We had a problem with our tap leaking which was fixed within an hour or two which was great.

There wasn't any space to have food which was the only small bit of feedback I would like to give.

Large pool with poolbar, nice sunbeds. Rooms were nice and neat. Very cozy and friendly staff.

They offer no breakfast from the hotel. ( you can order from a local down the street and have it delivered) you need a scooter or take a grab to get into town.

- nice rooms - comfy beds - staff really nice - not too far away from things, but in a quieter area - pool area nice and comfy sun loungers - it was my second time there and I would come back - good cleaning, everyday

- was a bit stinky in my room (somehow smelled like poop) - would be cool to have a breakfast option there - could renew sun loungers as some of them have like a broken back - bit of mold in the shower but we are in Bali so it's kind of normal

Lovely lovely stay

Beautiful spacious room! Lovely pool and just a lovely atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful. Everything felt sparkling clean. Very comfortable beds and useful to have fridge in the room. Friendly staff! Could not recommend this place more. We don't drive scooters, but with grab/gojek it was v cheap to get a car or bike to main restaurants and beaches etc. never more than a five min wait. Can get food delivered as well.

The bathroom had a few areas of improvement - the tap constantly was dripping and the shower took a while to drain. Did not affect our stay at all but little things to work on! Some of the sun loungers also need a bit of updating. Nothing major though!

Great Stay in Uluwatu!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in Uluwatu. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient – using Gojek or other ride apps made it super easy to get around and explore the area. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely property, classy, chilled, great pool with swim up bar and it’s small enough to give an intimate atmosphere

Jepun Sari is a beautiful property. Well located if you have a bike or GoJek a car. 5 mins from Cashew Tree & Gooseberry restaurant, 7 mins to Bambu, Ulu Artisan, Seed and many more cafes. The pool area is lovely, well maintained and staff are very attentive to any requests you may have.

Some rooms have BBC a fridge, others do not. Personally, I think each room should have a fridge considering it is a high-end property. It is only a minor thing & it doesn’t stop me from staying there numerous times.

Tolerable stay

Very few things for that price to be honest. Maybe the pool and the staff for their help.

The TV in the room was super laggy and outdated—pretty much useless. Also, like another guest mentioned, there seems to be a staff rest area right outside the bathroom. We could constantly hear them chatting, which was not ideal. The room itself was a bit dusty too. Honestly, the place isn’t great in terms of price-performance. The location is quite inconvenient—you’ll need a bike just to reach the nearest supermarket. We stayed in Seminyak for half the price (and an extra night) in a much better spot. Also, the pool needs more attention—there were ants all over the floor. And please, invest in proper blackout curtains! The current ones don’t block any light, and the room gets so bright in the morning that it’s impossible to sleep in.

It was a little way from the ‘main’ parts of Uluwatu (but only a short scooter ride). There is no on site cafe or restaurant either so bear that in mind.

Wouldnt return

Nice staff

There are a couple of things that could make this property a lot better for guests such as having a mini fridge in each room, they had one iron between the whole complex but they did not have an ironing board. Also they didnt change bath towels for 3 days before I had to ask, there were some ants in the room every night, the pool was very dirty when we arrived so could not use it, the curtains in the room were very thin so the lights from the pool area which were on all night were shining into the room making it bright, no tea/coffee machine and other amenities which would have improved experience. No restauraunt, bar. The motorbike i rented was in poor condidtion also.

It was really perfect! Eerything was amazing, great location to the centre by bike very near, super friendly staff amazing pool, very stylish and comfy rooms. I really recommend Dreamland beach for sunset :)

The only thing was that there was no option to have coffee - or maybe I just missed it by the pool bar :D Also, the hotel was maybe fully booked and on one afternoon there was not enough sunbeds, but then I just got the bean bag which was fine too :D

I struggled with my suitcase down the stairs when 2 people in reception stayed where they were rather than helping. Covers were on the day beds till quite late in the day. The bar had very limited food & drinks (I knew this in advance so fine)

A very peaceful stay in ultimate comfort

The small hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious, well equipped (minus a fridge, it could be a nice addition). Both the room and the bathroom are very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the AC powerful. The staff is amazing, attentive and available. The pool is large enough for the number of rooms and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy. There is drinkable water available at all times in the pool bar. I had a very nice stay!

Adding a fridge in the rooms would be nice, otherwise everything was perfect.
