The fact that the safe was located at floor level Not at all convenient ! Especially for anyone with a disability !

All 4 of us loved this hotel and would love to come back.
We were a party of 4 sharing 2 mews cottages. The cottages were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed. Coffee & tea facilities, bottled water, biscuits. Flat screen tvs, WiFi, plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Shower room was modern and spotless with walk in shower and toiletries provided. The main building is beautiful with huge fireplaces, beautiful wood panels and carvings. Each public room was beautiful. You could not fault the breakfast. There was everything you could ever want in the cold buffet and an excellent choice of hot dishes which were served by the waiting staff who were all friendly and helpful. In fact the entire staff were helpful, efficient, polite and friendly. I honestly don’t think I have stayed in a nicer and better run hotel.
