The place is beautiful and quiet, and the owner of the cabin is very cheerful and helpful. The kitchen has everything from a stove and good ventilation. The view is a breathtaking view of the mountains and cows in the morning, very beautiful.

The presence of the stuffed animals was a bit scary to me.

Nice property - value for money- needs some fixes to make it a great place to stay

What I liked the most was value for money. With the summer card for my entire family, net cost reduced significantly. I am not sure if this is the norm in most of the stay homes in the region. Also very friendly owner who received us well, took care of all our queries and easily available when I needed.

Two suggestions for the prospective tenants to know. Also owner - you can solve these 2 suggestions and comment here if you think important. - The property has 7-8 flats. It would be good to list the flat types separately and put respective pictures for each flat type rather than putting 250+ pictures of entire property in one listing, as the configuration of the flats are totally different and the tenants need to know which flat type is he/she going to get for the price. I got misled looking into nice bathrooms and window rooms in listing pics and was disappointed to find cosy 3ftx3ft bathrooms and toilets and confined attic rooms without wall windows. Some may like this but it should be shared in listing. - Please please please remove the clutter from passage way and change the old carpet. No one would like to see 20 pairs of shoes greeting them in passageway when they go for holidays.

An amazing place

The location and views are amazing. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the room we had was excellent. The hosts were delightful and offered us with all the local attraction spots. We came from the UK in our little sports car to do the Grossglockner pass, and we were overwhelmed to discover that part of the accommodation included a free pass to it or to other attractions in the area.

Great family stay!

It's been a great stay with the family. Very spacious apartment with a multiple rooms and balcony. Quiet area with a walking distance to the village and lake. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Just a note that this a 200 years old house so kitchen facilities are little limited (hotplate with two burners and no dishwasher) but it was still managable to prepare dinner for the family.

A family-friendly guest house in the Alps.

Amazing place! A very peaceful village, easy to reach by the local train (and then a kilometre walking), close to a cow and chicken farm (a perfect attraction for small kids!), breathtaking alpine views, close to the Luziapark (a water park, where you can easily spend half a day) and all of this.. while sleeping in a two-hundred-year-old house! We stayed in an attic apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen, three adults and two children - perfect apartment for us! The bunk bed for the kids was between the kitchen and the bathroom, while the bedroom had its own entrance and its own door to the toilet and shower (perfect for when the kids are already asleep and you don’t want to wake them). A small kitchen with two stoves and a microwave (although we didn’t use it). A lot of storage space (wardrobes, shelves), sparkling clean, very cozy! And the hosts.. couldn’t be more helpful! They picked us up from the station (we came by train), they helped us with laundry, they gave many suggestions of what to see, where to go (we got the Sommerkarte for the amount of our stay). It was an honour being their guests!

We liked everything. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable. There was enough space for 3 people (2 adults and 1 kid). The breakfast was nice. Hosts are very friendly.

Everything is just super. Clean rooms, super service, perfect place! Kitchen with equipment. Everything around is near. You get summer card with which get public transportation for free also lots of discounts for traveling up thr mountains.

Very good

The host was super friendly and welcoming! When we were there we saw a large group of guests who seem to be coming back to this place every year, which speaks a lot about thdir experience. Feels family-like. Value for price was excellent.

One thing that could be better is breakfast :-) Maybe it was just one particular day, but we felt that both selection and quantities of breakfast service items were a visible gap for the number of guests that were there on that day. The breakfast area itself was nice!

We booked chalet for 4 nights. And we could easily stay much longer if not the weather. It was cold and rainy all the days. And we were very happy to use a masonry heater (kachelofen)- sort open fire but closed )) This detail makes a special atmosphere there. It keeps warmth quite long and makes your life nicer. There is a complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Electric oven works good (if you want to bake your pizza). The chalet has also nice balcony and there is also a bench with small tabel outside. We would for sure stay there again.

If you travel with a big family keep an eye on warm water level in boiler. But for 2 people it was more than enough.

Zou het zo weer boeken!

De ligging was perfect voor een weekje wintersport. Binnen 10 minuten was je in Kaprun, en met 15 minuten in Zell am See. Het appartement was keurig en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig kon hebben (inclusief airfryer!). Bedden lagen prima, en het formaat van het appartement was groot genoeg voor 2 a 3 personen.

De douchecabine was voorzien van o.a. een regendouche, maar deze werkte helaas niet helemaal goed waardoor we de handdouche hebben moeten gebruiken. Scheen te komen door het vele kalk in het water.

Натуральный угольный гриль, возможность даже расположиться и кушать на улице, т.к. есть столики и стулья. Детская площадка. Аутентичный интерьер и экстерьер. С одной стороны гора с другой прекрасный вид на поселение.

Общаться можно, но слабый Wi-fi.

Útulné, čisté, parkování přímo u dveří.

Pan domácí zatopil až v den příjezdu, takže první noc bylo celkem chladno. Druhá už mnohem lepší. V kuchyni nám chyběla sůl a pepř... tak případně vzít svoji. Nenašli jsme nikde heslo na wifi.
