The location is the centre of a quiet but central village, handy to many ski areas. The wellness area is a standout, well above what one would expect for the cost of the room. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, with a handy and nice restaurant on site. Great local knowledge from Leon on how and where for the slopes.
The only negative was the additional beds in the quad rooms, that these would be better facilitated as regular beds rather than fold out couches.

The breakfast was great, with a big variety of choices.
The restaurant is cosy and the food exceptional (compliments to the Chef)
The SPA zone is free of charge, offering various options
The furniture in the room was old (and old-fashioned), comparing with the other facilities

New personel at the reception, helpful and smiling but did not have a clue about anything in the city or at the hotel. No possibility for upgrading to half board even though it was an opportunity on booking.coms list.
Really bad kitchen, food at best average, timing of servings were ridiculous - and it was NOT a busy night.
