A nice village but still felt a bit touristy, hence the pricerate I presume.

Very central location in the village. The room had a balcony and nice views. The staffmember was helpful and friendly.

Quite dated. We viewed the breakfast and decieded that it wasn’t too impressive.

Skiing holiday with culinary delights

Pension Koch is really conveniently located in the centre of Uttendorf, ski lifts in Zell am See and Kaprun are available within a 15-20 minute drive. The food was very nice, especially dinner, where the chef surprised us with a delicious menu each evening, catering for vegearian needs too. The staff was really attentive and helpful. We travelled with 2 dogs who were very much welcome too and we could take them for nice walks around the lake nearby. The sauna and wellness facility was beautiful and really pleasant at the end of a day spent on the slopes.

People are alowed to smoke on Balcony. I prefer non smoking area.

A comfortable and friendly environment with hosts that made our stay memorable by their sincere good

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff made this a wonderful experience. There is something special about having hosts who are sincerely interested in making sure their guests have a great experience. I would return in a heartbeat.

Although I undesirable it is difficult to do so in a small facility, it would have been nice to have more dinner options.

Genuine easy communication & friendly staff, compact group, really focused to fulfill customer needs! For no hustle, the Pension offers meal plans. The location is also good, in case you may want to diversify various Ski resorts in Austria Pinzgau county!

Fantastic accommodation near the ski resorts and in the middle of beautiful nature

Absolutely fantastic multi-course dinners, which were a gourmet experience for me. All staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The staff even cleaned our car of snow and provided well-maintained roads, balconies and terraces. Rooms and other facilities were very clean. It was cleaned every day.

Room 5 was quite cold, although room 7 was warm. Probably due to the fact that the room has only one heater. Anyway, nothing that would hinder our perfect accommodation.

The kindess and most welcoming hosts.

The staff has been extremely nice and welcoming. The apartment was big and had a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was celiac friendly and the staff made sure we're always satisfied. The location is very close to Zell Am See lake and to Kaprun.
