The room was great, the staff helped me a TON to understand the Vikey system.. In fact I probably would have never made it in if it weren't for her!
The location was great. Tons of buses and trains within a 2-5 minute walk..or walk to the Duomo in about > half an hour

It’s an old building with a charm. Bed is comfortable, room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
For those who like to be in the centre beware it’s not so close on foot. For is it was okay.

Location was great
Breakfast spread was very very basic. The bathroom was big but the shower area is in a tub. Water can spill on the floor.
