The room was great, the staff helped me a TON to understand the Vikey system.. In fact I probably would have never made it in if it weren't for her! The location was great. Tons of buses and trains within a 2-5 minute walk..or walk to the Duomo in about > half an hour

It’s an old building with a charm. Bed is comfortable, room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

For those who like to be in the centre beware it’s not so close on foot. For is it was okay. Breakfast could have been better

Not in the center, but definitely good value for the money if you coming by car. The accommodation is basic yet has a charming historical feel. The kids loved the outdoor space, and since it’s gated, I felt comfortable letting them roam freely around the property. The rustic atmosphere adds to the character of the place. The view from my 4th-floor window was spectacular, and the breakfast was quite good. We used the tram to get to the city center—it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and we bought tickets at a nearby tabaccheria. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay.

Some tea pot or coffee machine inside the room would have been nice .

The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful, there wasn't a huge variety but it was pleasant, the hotel is converted from an old villa and decorated accordingly.

The receptionist said the air conditioner had been cleaned on the second day, but when we turned it on, the smell that filled the room was really bad, and it was visually obvious that it hadn't been cleaned. The receptionists insisted on cash for the city tax, which I didn't like, but we were able to pay with a credit card on the last day.
