La ubicación, a 200mts de plaza liberta donde se toma el tranvia T2 hasta Estación Maria Novella , llegando en 5 minutos (4 paradas) Muy fácil llegar caminando a la Galería de la Academia (900 mts). Si no quieren pagar fortunas por un hotel, es aquí!

The place is spacious and had a good location near the center
The responsiveness of the host. My question's about luggage drop-off were ignored, and they wouldn't let me leave my luggage after check-out.At least, they could have told me about that, but it didn't happen, despite the fact I asked twice.
