Great location as tram stop at bottom of the street which was ideal. Room was immaculate, spacious and clean and had a lovely communal fridge/tea/coffee etc. The host was absolutely fantastic, and so helpful. They provided recommendations for our stay in Florence which we tried as many as we could, and Nicola was just a message away in case of any questions. Thank you for a great stay and for making our trip so enjoyable and easy!

Great location, very clean, everything you need. Host went above and beyond, gave us lots of recommendations, was easy to contact and made the whole stay seamless. Would definitely come back!

Great location. Easy to walk to the centre. Lovely big room and bathroom. Nicola was so helpful. He gave us so many recommendations from local bakeries to central restaurants. A lovely gift of local Prosecco too.

We had absolutely everything. Water refill in the fridge and wine in the room. Coffee, snacks, tea, everything for free. We didn’t had anything to worry about. There was no need to go to the convenience store.
I’ll just put it here to have something. The windows are old, it’s an old building so I think the closing mechanism is not working properly. It can be a bit noisy in the mornings but nothing to change my 10/10 review.
