Breakfast was great! Although it was a self checkin in / check out - the staff were really responsive over the phone so we had really clear directions.
Nothing really. We were very happy with our stay. A little further from the centre than I realised but it was well connected with buses and trams.

La struttura è posizionata in un quartiere residenziale fuori dal centro, ma non troppo lontano. Dista circa 20 minuti a piedi da Santa Maria Novella. Nelle vicinanze ci sono mezzi pubblici, bar, un Esselunga e diversi ristoranti. Host molto disponibili e chiari e completi nel dare informazioni. Comodo, molto vicino alla struttura e ricco di scelta il bar convenzionato per la colazione. Struttura pulita e fornita di mini frigo.
Migliorerei piccole cose: appendi asciugamani vicino la doccia e mancava la tovaglietta ospite per il bidet, ma magari gli stranieri di solito non la usano e per abitudine non è stata fornita ;-)
