Clean, well appointed. I liked the location as it is slightly outside the busy touristed areas but still close to the main attractions and a tram stop.
Not overly personable as check in done remotely. No ability for a second key to the room which was an issue in a twin room. So many instructions…understand the need to give information but felt a bit belittling / pedantic / common sense.

Location, clean, acces, Irina was a great housekeepeer. She gave us 2 tram tickets for free. Very nice lady.

It was spotlessly clean, lovely room with great facilities. Irina who we met at the property was lovely and Vera kept me very well informed by WhatsApp.
We had a sleepless night due to a noisy group on the floor above us who made excessive noise until after 2am. We did report this to the staff in the morning and they did promise to act on our complaint.
